The nail tech did not clean under my nails, hands, or feet. The tech did not trim my nails. They didn't ask about length. I stopped them from painting my nails and requested that my nails be trimmed very short. I had to request the hot towel treatment because the manicurist walked away after giving me my bill! No massage either. I had to request every single step of a manicure and pedicure to get it. I did not relax for a second. Did not have time for my drink; it remained closed. The price was normal for a professional Mani-pedi, $100 for a gel mani-pedi. The gel polish flaked off the next day. The work was mediocre and rushed. 30-45 for both. The techs wet your hands and feet, paint your nails over the cuticles first, then maybe lotion, and that's it. When I asked for the hot towel treatment, they used 1 towel for both arms and another towel for both legs. Never in my life have I seen this. It's always been one towel per arm and one towel per leg. Ten minutes later the employee greeted me apologetically, asking if I had come out of a facial. When I said yes, she was embarrassed no one had assisted me.
