There was a lady getting a pedicure right before my turn. The technician had me sit in the same place and she didn't even clean the bowl or the chair. I am sure my feet have touched dirtier location but I expect my pedicures to be done in a sanitary area. Pedicures are supposed to be a relaxing experience- not rushed. If I wanted just a polish change , I would have painted my toes myself.

Katie did my daughter's nails and was super sweet and patient with her, Laura did my nails and I LOVE how they turned out. Although, we had to come back the following day because Katie was going to do my daughter's toes and mine but she had to leave for understandable reasons (childcare) Came back the next day, 4:30pm after my 4yo got out of school and we got our toes done, I was asked if I wanted just the polish or the whole 9 yards for soaking my feet and the massage, I said just the pedicure is fine. Got the pedicure with Katie and another young lady did my daughters pedicure, same sweet personality but I feel like my pedicure was rushed, my nails beds were file too deep and resulted in bleeding, I do have sensitive toes but I feel if it wasn't rush they wouldn't have bled or been file too deep. Katie did apologize and did everything in her power to make the rest of the pedicure go more smoothly. Overall, great service, they are quick to apologize for ANY inconvenience and they make small talk which is nice. Definitely will go back . The pictures is one day after getting my toes done (you can still see the scab from the bleeding) and 2 days after getting my nails done. I paid 184.78 in total for full set of acrylics for me and gel polish on my toes, gel polish for my daughter hands and regular polish for her toes, I got 6 sticker designs for my acrylics, which was ombré and marble print, my daughter had butterfly stickers press on all of her fingers. I also tip $55 all together which is included in the balance of 184.78. The atmosphere is nice, everyone is super sweet, they welcome you, they get you going, and you are acknowledged no matter how busy. The way Laura easily took care of my nails while another ladies nails was drying was quick and astonishing. Highly recommend.
