She tells me she can't provide one without seeing the tree. I tell her it's a normal sized tree in a residential back yard, and i'm not looking for a verbal contract, just a ballpark range for their services. She repeats her prior statement, with obvious disgust and frustration in her voice, that their crew has to come out and inspect before any estimate can be provided. Really?
