After talking to Brandon at Brand New Again, he sent me a video of what would be done. We felt comfortable enough to book the job. We felt that they did a very thorough job and when it was all done, it was like we had new cabinets. The manager of Mr Sandless assured us the floors would look good through his process of refinishing. When he was doing the work, it became clear that the process Mr Sandless uses could not cover marks or many scratches in the flooring. If you have floor with any scratches or marks, better to hire someone to sand them or replace the wood. The job was so poor Mr Sandless had to give us a discount off the charge for the service, which was still not cheap. I write to save people the trouble and expense of using the refinishing process Mr Sandless uses if they have floors that aren't already in near perfect condition.
