Scott's team just finished painting the fence around the pool, the wood deck on one side of the pool, the pool equipment housing, the steps up to the sunroom, the ceiling under the sunroom, four 6 x 6 posts that support the sunroom, a little 10 x 10-foot deck, and the underside of the little deck. It was a lot. We were completely satisfied with their work. They have very high standards. When they pressure washed, they noticed some of the paint came off the cement around the pool from when we had it painted in May. They found the can in the garage and re-painted it even though it was not part of their scope at all. They didn't cut corners in any way. It was a pleasure to deal with experts. I will only use Flawless Painting from now on. read more

We needed to repaint the exterior of our three story town home - the residence is nearly all brick, so the painting job was for soffit/facia, window trim, shutters, doors and back deck, with pressure washing to be done prior to the painting. After asking neighbors for recommendations, we chose Flawless. The estimate was straightforward & fairly quick. The job was scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Thursday, they arrived to start pressure washing...and left fairly quickly due to an equipment malfunction. On Friday, they did come back - arriving at 4:55 PM (I know this because I was at home all day long due to illness) and spent 40 minutes "finishing"the pressure washing, promising to be back on Saturday to do all the painting. The pressure washing only resulted in the top coat of pollen being washed away - my husband and I had to hand wash all the window sills Friday evening to ensure they didn't paint over any debris. They came back on Saturday...after going to get the paint, they actually started painting at nearly 10am - then left at 1:30, with less than a third of the house painted, promising to come back on Monday. Of the three days the job was originally supposed to take, they were at the house working for less than a total of six hours. When contacted on Saturday about their early departure, the owner just said that the crew "didn't tell him" they had to leave early. Why should his inability to competently manage his employees become our problem? It shouldn't - but it did. Knowing that there were storms predicted for Sunday through Monday, we pretty firmly insisted on them returning Tuesday. They did...and got another third of the work done, leaving at 4:45. The saga continues - they came back on Wednesday to complete the job. Knowing it was supposed to be finished, my husband called the owner and asked him to meet at our house during midday todo a walkthrough. The response my husband received was that the owner doesn't do walkthroughs - the crew does. Given their track record of leaving early, we were concerned that they wouldn't be there when we arrived home. Fortunately, we got there as they were packing up and asked the leader to do a walk through with us and we found that the quality of the job was not to our expectations - specifically: nearly every window had paint that oozed up on the Interior and had spread along the seam at the window lock and along the inside of the window frames; nearly all windows had paint on the glass that hadn't been wiped/scraped off; not all the screens had been replaced and none had been cleaned/rinsed off; they dumped watery paint a) right next to the house, b) next to and on our azaleas and ornamental grasses c) on the rocks in our dry river bed and d) on our fence...our BLACK fence. After seeing this, my husband insisted the crew stay to scrape the paint off the glass and remove the paint that had oozed up. They did some of it, promising to come back tomorrow and complete the clean up - note, however, that their clean up of the oozed exterior paint removed both it AND the interior paint on the window frame. As the house was built only 3 and a half years ago, the interior paint was in good shape, but now we have to repaint window frames on the inside. We spent the evening cleaning screens, trying to clean the rocks in our dry river bed and cleaning our fence. The paint isn't coming off the rocks in our dry river bed and I have real concerns that the watery paint dumped in the yard will harm or kill some of our landscaping. We spent a sizeable amount of money having the backyard professionally landscaped, so needless to say I am NOT PLEASED. Later, we saw that they left the cans of remaining paint in our front landscaping, crushing the ornamental grasses planted there. Yes, I talked to the owner, who's reaction was less than service oriented. He didn't address the fact that the crew took over twice as long to do the job, said latex paint won't kill bushes (time will tell), and said they normally dump watery leftover paint on the clients premises under pine straw. Candidly, while I did feel that a discount would be appropriate, what I really wanted was for the owner to take ownership and accountability, listen to my concerns and acknowledge and apologize for not doing a proper job This company did not live up to the recommendation from our neighbor, created more work for us (interior painting) and has damaged the hardscape and possibly plants in our yard. Our expectations as a client are pretty straightforward: 1) show up when you say you're going to 2) put in a full day's work 3) do the kind of job you'd want done on your own house To all business owners out there - if you honestly do all of the above, I promise you that you can charge a higher price & we customers WILL PAY IT to get reliable and quality service. Very not flawless. Went with this vendor because they seemed experienced despite being the highest bid. Two years later and I'm still irritated every time I see the finished job. My trim paint (we got what they suggested) is bubbling and peeling all over the house. There is paint on all my window sliders, all my door hardware, the edges of my lighting fixtures, switches, etc. Things that should have been uninstalled before painting were not, lots of things were taped and edged properly. Tried to reach out to the owner to get at least the peeling trim paint fixed before the one year warranty period ended...got slow responses, no responses, requests for pictures I'd already sent...basically got the run around and gave up. Plus even though the owner came for the estimate, he wasn't there for the actual job and several of the details had not been communicated to the subcontractors who did the painting. Flawless team of Carlos and Rudy et al just painted my living room, dining room, hallway, stairwell including spindles and upstairs hallway, master bath, powder room, guest bath, and two large upstairs bedrooms and all of the baseboards, doors, and window frames and bathroom ceilings, one of which required some repairs. They did a great job. They were here every morning at the time they gave me. They were polite and friendly, respectful of our property and moved all the furniture back in place. The day after they finished, Carlos and Rudy had to stop by to pick up some knee protectors they left and Carlos helped me hang several things that were hard for me to manage. In addition, I feel that the price Scott quoted was very reasonable. After the initial estimate visit, he kept in touch about the start date and everything went very smoothly. This is the second time we've used Flawless; 3 years ago they painted all of our exterior trim, deck and porch and once again, did a great job. We needed our house painted asap since we didn't want to install new carpet, put all our furniture in place, etc etc if we knew we were going to have to move everything for the paint job. Flawless Painting had a representative contact me within a couple hours and someone was available like, the next day to give an in-person consultation/quote (free). Well that person is the owner and he was so friendly and didn't try to pressure us to do more than what we wanted. He saw we had nothing unpacked and living on air mattresses and cardboard boxes and made us feel like they cared about getting our house painted up quickly. He got us our quote that same night and said he could have a team out to our house the next day. I know a lot of reviews made comments about the advantages of having the person you do your consultation with is the same person who is painting your house. Well, this wasn't the case but I don't really see the difference. The 4 man crew showed up a bit early, the head guy did another quick walk through with me, and while he was out getting our paint, the rest of the crew was taping, covering the floors, etc. The owner stopped by in the morning to check in but didn't see him after. They were so careful that they even asked if we had extra paint for the trim (which we were not getting repainted) and when we didn't, they matched the color, and got some so they could clean up just in case. The guy swept and mopped all our floors after even though there was barely any sign of paint or their tracks. Oh yes, and they finished that same day and it really was "flawless"! read more

The absolute worst paint job we have EVER had. Beware! Two years later I am going to have to have our house painted again! Every time I turn around there is something else I see that they did wrong. Painters moved an expensive travertine table that didn't need to be moved and dropped it breaking the top in three pieces. They didn't prime new windows but just painted them. All our windows are painted shut. No opening them. Tonight I opened our retractable screen and look what I found....paint all over the screen!!!! They spray painted all the black hardware on our wooden gates and there was paint overspray on our brick patio and front porch. They spilt a whole can on paint on our brick front porch! It's the gift that keeps on giving. Paint on the brick mold under our windows and paint is chipping on our gables!!!! Just awful!!!!! Please don't! read more

When we made the decision to repaint the interior of our two story loft we knew this project would be too much to handle on our own. After meeting with 3 painting companies in Atlanta our decision to move forward with Flawless was based on 3 things: Price - fair and comparable to the other companies Timing - they could start within a couple weeks Expertise - the owner, Scott, helped us pick new colors for the walls and perfectly matched existing colors for the trim I cannot say enough how pleased we were with the job they did. They were very efficient, careful with our belongings, and completed the job within 3 days, exactly what was promised. Just a few months later we had a water leak which caused part of our wall to be removed. I knew right away that I needed to call Flawless Painting to repaint my two story wall. As expected, the work was excellent and I couldnt be more pleased. I even referred them to my neighbor who had her entire house painted and was very happy with the work. Scott, you waited a year to respond and I had to complete the job myself although I paid you in full. The damage has been done.

We had Flawless Painting paint the exterior of our home, including reglazing windows and paint our deck. Flawless was hired as the sub-contractor by our general contractor. The glazing around all of the windows turned black shortly afterwards because the windows weren't primed, the glazing wasn't allowed to cure properly, and cheap/incorrect paint was used. The paint on the deck soon began to peel everywhere, again because the deck wasn't primed and cheap/incorrect paint was used. My general contractor contacted Scott and pretty much forced Scott to send out two illegals (I've only ever seen illegals working for Scott) to fix the windows. They came and I saw that they were preparing to "repair" much of the bad glazing with silicone caulking, which would ruin the windows. I asked the workers about it and they told me "That's what Scott told us to do." Both openly said that using caulking was the wrong thing to do. As for the peeling deck, Scott would not fix what his people caused. Ultimately Scott made up some crazy excuses to try to get out of doing the work correctly and told his two illegals to leave and not finish the repairs. CAUTION - DO NOT TRUST SCOTT TO CLEAN THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SHOES AS HE'S A DISHONEST LIAR AND A THIEF. read more

I hired Flawless Painting to paint our commercial building. They gave me a good price and started the job promptly. I was happy with the interior job they did, and the exterior for the most part. However, they were supposed to pressure wash the sidewalk and repaint it. I don't believe the pressure washing was done on the sidewalk and now the paint on the sidewalk, which is only a couple months old, is already bubbling and peeling up. I reached out to Scott on a couple occasions and he said he would send someone out. That never happened. So now our newly painted sidewalk area looks like crap and is definitely NOT Flawless! read more

Flawless Painting was contracted to paint our kitchen cabinets. The work was nothing short of poor workmanship. The owner, Scott Csaszar told me it would be a 4-5 day job. They began on a Friday and tried to tell us they were done on Saturday afternoon. The quote included replacing the hardware with new hardware that I was to provide. The workers that were here said they would leave touch up paint and we could install the hardware ourselves. The paint job was terrible. I called Scott and he sent his crew back out on that Monday for touch up work. (They were supposed to prime and spray two coats.) There is no way that they painted two coats because you could still see the wood through the paint when they were done on Monday. They also installed the hardware and it was not level on most of the drawers. I called Scott again and sent him a picture of his crew's work. I asked for him to come and see it for himself. He did come out for about 15 minutes and saw the issues. He told his 'lead' on the crew what all needed to be done, they worked on the 'touch ups' the entire day. They had to re-spray the cabinet doors and drawers, remove the hardware and ensure it was level, etc. It is worse now than it was. I have plenty of pictures to show the flaws, issues, etc. Proof is in the evidence of my poor kitchen. I sent more pictures to Scott and he credited $500 for "misc items" because he KNOWS how bad it is. I would never recommend his company! I've tried calling Scott, texting and leaving messages for Scott requesting a full refund and NO RESPONSE to any method of me trying to communicate with him. read more

Another excellent job by Flawless. I have been a customer for over 10 years. You will find the owner, Scott C's estimates to be competitive with the Painting Store. Two houses later, I still rely on them. Painted the exterior trim, siding and painted the brick of my three story home. The crew was on time and no problems with spilled paint, missed spots, etc. Windows were covered with plastic. Some speckles did get through, but they'll be scraped off when Fish Window Cleaning comes around to clean the windows for the holidays. Pressure washed deck and stamped concrete patio before painting began. After the painting was completed they sealed the deck and patio last. I can drive away to work knowing they can be trusted and will do a great job. read more

Half a star!! I would NOT recommend Painting. We had the outside of our house painted recently, including the fence, and railings. Scott spent 30 minutes circling the house, pricing the work. When he emailed the quote he forgot to include the pricing of the fence. I did not notice this error and the work was in progress. When I mentioned the fence to the foreman, all he said was "No, no. Scott no tell us to do fence". When I called Scott, he said oh sorry I missed it and so did you! I thought that was a very sarcastic and cavilier comment seeing it was not a cheap undertaking. I had to send him pictures as he couldn't remember "cause I see 100's of houses". Of course, we got it done as I didn't want half of the fence painted. I noticed after the fact that the fence was not hand-painted, but spray painted! It was poorly done. Also, the workers were supposed to arrive at 8:30 AM on a Saturday,but did not arrive until 11:10 AM! They were also messy, leaving their trash, empty H2O bottles shrewn on the front and back lawn. They did not care about the flowerbeds, sticking the ladder into the flowers. They cleaned their equipment using the hose in the backyard and the paint was left on the bushes and grass. Sure, Scott was very friendly and personable at first, but once your hooked in he doesn't care- it's all about the buck. Scott, remember on the phone when you said I'm not trying to be a jerk? Well you were. I would not recommend your company to anyone. Your guys are slobs, blowing their nose into their t-shirt, taking numerous smoking breaks, and simply not taking pride in their work nor valuing the customer. read more

We hired Alex and Flawless Painting to do a very large painting job for us. He reassured us that it would be done thoroughly and in a professional manner. Well, it was far from professional or flawless! The painters could not paint a straight line, trim paint was painted over the trim onto the walls and wall paint onto the trim. Corners were literally not painted and they painted right onto my wood floors and stone fireplace. Doors, sections of trim and walls, and above the cabinets were not painted. My bathroom sink was completely ruined as the painters used it as the cleanup station and dripped paint onto the cabinet below. Paint splatters cover my walls, floors and steps. I've taken hundreds of pictures to show the damage done to our house. When they returned to put the handrails back up, it took them 2 attempts and they are all still loose and wobbly. The contractors placed a lien against my house before the job was ever finished and the owner, Alex, demanded full payment regardless of the damages done. He accepted zero responsibility for the damage done to our home and in turn blocked our calls for a full week while we were trying to resolve this. We have spent $1000s on legal fees that they brought on us. This is the most unprofessional, incompetent company we've ever experienced. read more
