I didn't hate it, didn't love it. It's one of those places that looks like a flea market on the outside but feels more like a collection of boutique stalls once you're in. Each vendor has a cute little setup, which is nice for browsing, but the pricing? Definitely not flea market pricing. As a reseller, I'm always on the hunt for deals, and there just wasn't any room here. Most items were priced at full retail--or even higher in some cases--which kind of defeats the purpose. Yes, some of the stuff is old, used, and vintage-adjacent, but nothing rare enough to justify the markup. If you're just looking for a weekend wander or want a quirky spot to kill time, it's fine. But if you're a picker, collector, or someone who knows the value of what you're looking at... this probably isn't your gold mine. Personally, I won't be rushing back. read more

If you're the type of person who enjoys "treasure hunting" this will be a fun way to spend a few hours. The building is HUGE, and literally jam-packed with individually owned sections (I want to say "booths" but that's not completely accurate)... each containing completely different kinds of items. If you're a collector, there's a good chance you'll find something to add to your collection. Be sure to peek at all the photos I added to get an idea of what can be found. Many of the "booth" owners hangs out near their offerings. It felt like a little community in there and most of the people were friendly. We saw 3 dogs, Two seemed happy and friendly, and one was in a carrier with a warning sign, who was miserable and scared and growling (can only assume he was in that too small container because he bites, out of fear). That poor caged dog was the only bad (horrible really) thing. Hopefully someone there will see this review and find a way to give that small puppy a more humane way to spend his day. It really was sad and disturbing. Overall I'd say that The Flea Market at the Crossing is worth checking out at least once, especially if you're looking for an interesting way to spend an hour or two. Bring someone 50+ with you and watch them remember happy times spent with their grandparents. From the glassware and kitchen tools to the kitchen table in my photos, I found myself remembering he things my grandparents chose for their houses. Stopped in today on a whim. Was wowed to see the amount of nostalgia items and vast variety of items. The staff are very friendly, 3 of them had little friendly doggies there too. From records, movies, China sets, action figures, clothes, Christmas decor, jewelry, furniture, books, baseball cards, cameras, boardgames and more galore. I spent an hour in there and not even sure I saw it all! Definitely worth taking a trip to check in out. read more

The site in self has a lot of items and a lots of collectibles, I kind of divided by areas with vendors (seem family operated). The reason i gave it a 2 starts because of the disappointment we encounter on one of the section ( Cameras & photo ) were an older men basically scam my daughter and refuse to give refund even after she confronted him with in minutes after realizing he's description and content of the sale was not accurate and basically sold us a camera with wrong paper work that did not belong to it. It was not about the $ 30, it was more of disappointment of taking advantage of my daughter kindness. read more

I have been to many of these types of places. It's a multi-vendor antique/vintage flea market kind of place. It's all indoors. Most of the vendors are physically present so you negotiate and pay them directly. There are many different genres of items for sale here. I particularly was interested in the video games (more than one seller) and military surplus stuff. There was a guy selling tools and other 'guy stuff'. A nice perk was they had coffee, water, and cookies out for customers. Pro Tip: It's a little weird, but there are two levels of sales; One on the 3rd floor and one in the basement. read more

Not my cup of tea but it's SURELY exactly what someone else may be looking for. This flea market is open Saturday and Sunday from 9-4 all year. We were looking for any sort of local flea open on a Saturday (which is rare) so we headed out to this one. It's located in a really neat building about a minute away from Route 10 it was easy to find. There are maybe 30 vendors, most with small booths containing small stuff. I saw quite a few Star Wars items like games, toys, even a Darth Vader head/mask. There was a cool vinyl guy with lots of records from the 70's and 80's (separated by band, which was cool). There is a kitcheny booth with TONS of glassware, hand (crank) mixers, manual can openers and that sort of thing. We bumped into a gal in her 20's who was looking for one certain piece of glass to go with a set that she already has and dang it, she found exactly what she was looking for. There's not a thing wrong with this place other than when I'm doing a flea market thing I'm generally looking for old, chunky stuff like furniture. There were a couple of cool pieces in the flea but nothing that I needed or wanted. read more

Solid 3 flea market. Kind of small to be considered a flea market, in my opinion, but very nice and friendly "vendors." The upstairs was more the type of stuff I look for, and this is definitely a place to shop for depression glass if you're a collector. Very nice antique cookware upstairs as well, I'll definitely be back. Got an 1880's print for only $15 too. Very fair. read more

This flea market has everything from the odd to the cool! Two floors of everything you can think of. Every week its different! If you go to their facebook page the list pictures of new items added each week. It is free to attend. They even have free coffee and refreshments on the third floor! They buy, sell, and trade there as well. If you are looking for vintage militaria...go see Paul. If you are looking for kitchy go see Bob. Looking for Tools go see Warren or Nuno. I came here looking for my new favorite flea market and I found it! All of the dealers were super friendly and I got everything for a great price (sequin jacket for $4, queen vinyl record for $2, vintage pins and buttons for $2). I will definitely visit again! Definitely a hidden gem. read more

This place is just....alright. I'm sure it might be great for what some people are looking for, but personally I go to a flea market looking for furniture that can be refurbished, maybe the occasional industrial/nautical/agricultural salvaged stuff, and only upstairs from two vendors did I find anything like that. Most of the people selling things here seem like collectors looking to unload parts of their coin/fossil/model collections. Or, not to be mean, unload the contents of their basement. Upstairs in the back far right and left corners you will find a pretty cool selection of vintage larger items, but nothing crazy. I left with a couple interesting items, but definitely not what I came there looking for. Had multiple of the older male vendors there not heckled me to the point of making me literally so uncomfortable that I left, I probably would have given a slightly higher rating. And no, I don't mean nice elderly gentlemen that just want to chat, although there were plenty of them there as well. No, I mean there were two people there that were just the completely inappropriate, creepy, stop trying to corner me in your stall of basically just junk type of people. read more

I have been all over New England and beyond going to all types of flea markets and antique stores in search of vintage and antique jewelry. I buy, sell, and repair them. This flea market was one of only a few that wanted top,top dollar for their pieces. I had money to spend but not at their prices. Their prices were close to retail and I left without 1 piece of jewelry where usually I will spend lots if priced right. Does it come with a return policy? A guarantee? Wait no, it's a flea market, not a retail store. This was not a flea market with flea market prices. I will most likely never return. Very disappointing in the overpriced costume jewelry. Great selection of vendors. Lots of parking and not far from the highway. There is soup to nuts in this market. Usually, they put a load of pictures on their facebook page. A few vendors even take cards, not all vendors do. Just in case you can't find what you are looking for on the 2 floors there, This market is also really close to 2 other interesting shops within a mile one is on Whiting Street and one is on Woodford Ave in Plainville. read more
