My husband and I went here today to pick up a race packet for the Dash 4 Cash event, which this business is sponsoring. My husband came out and told me that they were rude to him. There was a girl and some guys just chatting away with each other, too busy chatting away to get around to customer service. The girl had an attitude and one of the guys made some weird, loud sound after my husband responded to something the girl said about his race gear. Conclusion: Rude, inattentive, slow = unprofessional, poor service. We've never been here before today and looks like we won't be returning. read more
