We notified the store and the owner Zubair Ullah and his associate Syed apologized and assured me they would look for it and make it right. We had been so caught up in the purchase and pleasant conversation that it was simply overlooked. It is not often you walk into a store where there is such a great mutual respect among people to where you feel like family. My husband George and I appreciate the lengths these two gentleman went through to even providing a personal cell number allowing us to follow up because we had to return back to San Antonio. We returned the following weekend and were able to rectify our problem. We are grateful for the grace and understanding these two gentlemen showed. Thank you and we will return! To those who have posted a negative review, give this place a second chance it is worth it. Diamonds are expensive, but worth it! These two worked with us to the point that we even did an upgrade.
