The lady noted she would gladly pay more. The sales gal insisted no, they could not do anything. At that moment two other ladies came in, the sales gal looked at them and snidely told them they had closed at four and she was only here because those ladies were still shopping pointing at us. Took it back to the store with the receipt and all of its packaging and was told they would not honor a return or even an exchange for the same item because I did not return it the day before, when I had purchased it. I explained that I didn't open it until the next day and they still would not budge. I spent a total of $80 on other items and this is the customer service they give me. Avoid at all costs.
