I paid cash and I had a few dollars left on a gift card & got $ 5 reward points. So when I took back only 1 pair this lady after refunding my money wouldn't give me back my receipt for my other 2 sandals I bought. She told me she couldn't give me back receipt because she refunded me all cash for just 1 sandal. I haven't wore any of my sandals yet so I hope I dont have trouble with them because now I wont have my receipt if I need to take the others back. Poor customer service, she was very rude​

Recently I discovered the murano brand which is more for going out and looking nice. They carry a performance line (in dress shirts) that stretch and stay cool even in hot weather. I never thought I'd be comfortable wearing a long sleeve shirt in 90-100 degree weather (went south for spring break). However, the same shoe and insert is $50 less through NewBalance.com and they wouldn't honor that because this location is a franchise. Well the franchise owner is a moron. They are losing a lot of business by not doing that. I walked out, happy to buy my shoes elsewhere.
