There were some inconveniences involved, including having to return to the dealership's service center a week later to have an oil change done after purchase, after being advised that one was already done at the time of purchase but like anything else, glitches happen and David took care of that by sending me a complimentary voucher for the next service. Leaving the dealership with a bottle of champagne and a firm handshake of gratitude from David was icing on the cake.
