Usually very clean, everyone, for the most part, is wearing a mask even while working out, and most customers are well behaved.. If your soul goal is to power lift, this is not the gym for you as it is heavy on the cardio yet, judging by the size of many of the customers, weight training here is not an issue. We approached the front desk staff member, Ritika, for assistance, but instead of helping professionally, she responded with a rude and arrogant attitude multiple times. Every time my wife tried to explain the issue, Ritika kept asking "What?" in a disrespectful tone and showed no patience at all. The password reset email was delayed, so my wife politely requested temporary entry verification through her phone number while the issue was being resolved. Ritika refused and kept saying the login had to be fixed immediately before entry could be allowed. Even after explaining the situation calmly, she continued behaving unprofessionally and even said that she herself was "frustrated." Customer service at a gym should be supportive and respectful, especially for paying members. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel unwelcome and unheard. This is not the first issue we have faced at Club 16, and management seriously needs to improve how members are treated. Very disappointed.
