I wish i could give Beth Ann and Mattie 10 stars. they worked so hard on my divorce case. this case…read morewas a hard and messy. in time they worked through all the problems with such determination. my case started in February through September of this year. court schedule took some time, but they were ready way before prolonged court dates. the outcome of this case was excellent and because of Beth Ann and Mattie being so well prepared and Beth Ann staying focused and asking the absolute best question. I was so nervous on the stand but she had a way to calm me. I have not heard from the attorney Beth-Ann since I signed my check over to her; that was over 3 months ago and after several failed attempts to contact the office. I had to contact and seek assistance from the Georgia State Board and get my bank involved to file a fraud claim. I have the supporting documents to support my claim. Please reach out if you need more proof not to sue this company. As a single mother trying to establish a shared parenting plan and child support order, she has continued to profit off my struggle to get the care my children need. I paid $3400 to modify an order--that in itself is ridiculous--my divorce was finalized in Florida in 2016. As a Navy Veteran and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have seen a lot of sad and unfortunate things in my day, but this customer service has been the absolute worst, and to take someone's money and not respond to them in over 3 months when they are trying to create justice for their children has to be borderline unethical. Not to mention that there is a sign on their door that states that the staff is armed and that no one will be seen without an appointment, so I am guessing I am NOT the only one money they have taken and not responded back to. Please I beg of you, stay clear of this office- I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the State Bar of Georgia.

Terrible experience with inexperienced lawyers. I orginally called this firm to possible handing my…read moreclaim for probate and possible litigation. I spoke to David Burkoff who did listen to my case which involved my brothers fraudulent actions. David did seem interested and asked questions to see if he was competent in supposedly the line of expertise they handle. The next day i get an email stating in short that there was no conflict of interest but said that he woukd be too expensive and then he proceeded to pawn me off on one of their inexperienced lawyer Gracie Shepherd Saas. David said that this was an area she could handke and proceedes to give me her contact info to see if this was a case she could proceed with. I left a message with Gracie the same day as she was copied in the email. I didn't her back from her so i wrote an email and four days later we spoke. When we spoke i gave her an outline for of my case for approx 20-25 minutes. At the end she didnt ask any questions and the only thing she wanted was a copy of my parents will and trust. I ssked why she needed this because this was Not pertinent info she needed right away. She didn't answer me. I gave her what she needed and she said she would get back to me right away. Well, she never got back to me. I also left David a message three days ago amd Never heard back from them. They completely ghosted me. I can see that Gracies inexperience and unprofessional manner by ghosting me will greatly impact this unprofessional law firm. I just wonder how many other people they haven't followed up with. I'm assuming they only want easy, straight forward cases that don't require and skills other than just having a law degree. I would definitely pass on this inexperienced law firm that doesn't have the decency to even return calls nor show any professionalism.
