I received a letter stating that I owe an amount, when I call the clinic they told me to call my insurance. My insurance tells me they already paid one claim but have not received the 2nd one. I don't need same day, same week appointments but need an office that can accommodate an appointment within the next month. My contact lenses fitting last year was to the point of comical. We had to go through several different brands and strengths to find one that worked. After each trial, I would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the doctor to be available to respond to a message and prescribe a different option. This lead to my fitting lasting nearly two months, which I find to be unacceptable.

I expected a clinic to stand behind the accuracy of its exam, especially within such a short time frame. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. The whole situation came across as more about collecting fees than providing patient care. I regret going here and I would not return. There are many optometrists in the Fort Worth / Keller / Timberland / Heritage area who are far more compassionate and supportive.
