Moving to a new area makes it very difficult to find good doctors. I was very pleased to be able to get an appointment pretty quick and the experience at this office was great. I put Dr. Bui high on my list of Optometrists. She was thorough and took the time necessary to get my correct vision measurements. I have very complicated vision after many problems over the past 30 yrs. She listened well and helped me in an exceptional way. I would give Dr. Pham 5 stars but rating a 3 due to price misinformation from the girl at the front. She initially said it was $99 over the phone when I made an appt but ended up charging $179.00. The eye exam was $99 but she failed to tell me there was an additional fee for contact lens. I usually get a whole contact exam for $99 so I figured that was the correct price. I also wanted to order contact lenses and she only offered me a 6 pack or 12 pack. I asked her if I can order a 1 pack for each eye and she didn't quite understand. I've always ordered one pack for each eye all the time so not sure why she was confused. I ended up having to pay the $179 and will order contacts from Costco! read more

I needed to get an eye exam last minute (insurance) and after calling around, I was able to walk-in and get an eye exam with Dr. Pham. Staff was super professional and informative and the exam did not take too long. They do carry a variety of eyeglasses and sunglasses. It may not look like they have a lot but there is plenty to chose from. I think it took longer for me to pick a frame than the exam The frames I wanted were on backorder and my lenses were gonna take about 2 weeks. I was offer to wear the frame they had in a different color until my frames came in but luckily everything came in within 2 weeks. I'm happy with everything read more

This was my first time here. I wasn't happy with my last optometrist. In short, I'd felt the last guy was just going through the motions with me. I'd been putting off going to the optometrist for a while. But as I was desperately in need of new contacts, I was looking for someone new. I found this place by fortuitous circumstances. As it turns out, the optometrist here is the sister of the lady who owns the restaurant next door, who I'd previously met at my work. ( It's serendipitous how you meet people.) Ironically, I had just made an appointment with another optometrist a week or so earlier. It was literally just a random place walked in to one day ( and I should've read reviews before booking. I won't mention the name, but it was a pretty poor score! ) I didn't feel all that committed to the other place ( it was no less random ) and since I got an appointment a day sooner at this place, I cancelled that other appointment. I'm glad I did! I hadn't been inside before, but I was pleasantly surprised with the layout. It's a very nice office. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We'd spoken earlier on the phone, so my insurance was already setup. Instead of paper forms, they used laminated sheets which I imagine are much easier to manage as they would just scan the images in as PDF's, which means less clutter and it's much more secure because it's not loose paper that could end up in the wrong hands. I'm very impressed! We went through the whole routine, and the assistant there was very sharp. Once the initial exam was done, Dr. Bui came in. She's very personable and friendly, and I felt comfortable with her. I really felt like she made sure I was happy with the results. I know it's pretty much cliche to say something like "she's very knowledgeable", so without getting too personal, let me give some specifics: As it turned out I had a very specific condition with my eyes, in regards to prescription, and she was aware of an option for getting contacts that wouldn't even affect my insurance. In the end, I walked out with a week and a half supply with the rest for the year on order, and I was able to pay for the visit with left over cash in my wallet ( a rare occurrence and something I wouldn't expect to do at the optometrist's office! ) In short, YES, highly recommend Simply Eyes. I'm very happy to say that this is my new optometrist!! And I know it has nothing to do with the eye place, but if you get a chance, you should really try the restaurant next door too! ;) read more

My family and I had a great experience today with Dr Bui and her staff! I had previously gone to another eye care facility, and the doctor I saw there recently left and I had nothing but problems there with my eyeglasses that I got there and the staff. Today felt very different! Everyone from the receptionist staff to the staff that helped with initial eye testing were so friendly and positive, and it really put my husband and son at ease as well. My husband was a little nervous as he had a medical condition that can sometimes affect the eyes as well, but Dr Bui put him at ease, was extremely knowledgeable, and able to share lots of specifics with him to keep him informed as well. My son also was a little nervous because it was his first time going to an actual eye doctor. Dr. Bui also made him comfortable, and she helped me understand the options for my son in the future as well so we could make an informed decision. Lastly, I was impressed by her kindness and knowledge and ability to personalize to each of us. The staff was super helpful with my glasses I already had as well as helping me figure out options for the new ones I needed. They also had a special going on that helped me get a great discount on my prescription sunglasses which I also needed! The facility is also new and beautiful, and I'm looking forward to coming back! read more

Came back to do my eye exam and got the same amazing service I always do with Dr. Bui!! My wife came with me this time and she was just as impressed as I was with the service she received and the knowledge Dr. Bui has. The selection on glasses are amazing as always and the price couldn't be better. There is always the most fashionable kinds of glasses at great prices. We ended up get feb. 31st glasses and they were so comfortable and they look great. She is one of the few people who offer these types of frames! Fully customizable to fit our unique tastes!!
