Gerald and team did a FANTASTIC job. I would say that I am a very discerning consumer, with a keen eye for quality and aesthetics. They tuned into that pretty early on, and as such made choices and recommendations that suit my style and needs. It is always nice to work with someone who is willing to do a little more than necessary for the client. These guys were willing to pick up the appliances from the vendor - no small feat for a stove that weighs 670lbs. I didn't go to the store once. My home was treated with respect and each night they returned it to a usable state for me and my family.
