My dear friend died. I live across the country. The funeral home referred me to this business. I…read moreasked for a large floral spray and paid $200. I asked the florist if she would send me a photo of the arrangement when it was done. She refused saying she was too busy. This should have been my first clue. I called the funeral home to make sure the flowers were delivered. The nice lady said yes. I asked her to send me a photo. See the picture below. I called the florist the following Monday to express my disappointment. I was not rude. The owner got on the phone and was immediately defensive and downright rude. So much for southern hospitality. She was nasty and belittling. Said the vase was expensive. I told her I didn't order a vase. She got buck wild. No apology. No sympathy. No empathy. Nothing but nasty words from a dishonest business owner who thought she could make a quick buck off of my grief. Because the owner was unwilling to resolve this when I reached out to her, I contested the charge with the bank. Two months later, the bank issued a full refund. I would have been better off finding an Uber driver to go to Walmart and get three ready made bouquets, put them in a bucket and deliver them to the funeral home. There would have been more flowers then this pathetic arrangement made from swamp clippings and someone else's leftovers. Shame on this business owner! Totally dishonest and a mean person on top of it all. Without shame, making money off of the grief of others. Bless her heart.

Placed my order and within 30 minutes received a phone call from Tara to let me know that some of the flowers were not available during this time of the year. She explained to me that she could substitute other flowers similar in color and even offered to send me a photo of the actual arrangement. I must say when I received her photo of the arrangement it was absolutely beautiful and looked better than the original Arrangement that I ordered!! I was was treated as though I was a long time customer. She could have substituted the flowers and not notified me but the fact that she took time to call me to discuss and take several pictures to send to me is just incredible!
