Her nails not even cut. The rude owner said that she was cut that way because my dog does not like to stand up!!?? Also she would come back to fix her hair for $35.00 more. After I paid $100.00. The problem being is that there was no hair left to fix. I am a senior citizen and can no longer groom my sweet Lucy. BEWARE. Lovely to rip off senior citizens.

I brought my dog to Ace's Dog Academy due to obedience issues and food aggression. Gunner is a…read moremastiff mix. He's a big boy who had very little manners and was unable to be walked on a leash without dragging the person walking him. He would growl at me or my family members over food and would guard his bowl or his treats. We were at the point of either rehoming him due to us having smaller children or having him trained. I am so very happy that I brought Gunner to Ace's Dog Academy! He has been there for 5 weeks now and I see such an improvement in our boy! He is walking on a leash very well and learning new commands to make it easier for us at home. He is doing well with the work they are doing regarding food aggression too! The trainers keep us updated with videos on his progress and take the time to explain how they are doing things and why. I couldn't be happier with our decision to help Gunner be a happy and obedient member of our family! I would recommend Ace's Dog Academy to anyone and everyone!

No idea what the dogs eat, how often they go outside, and my dog was never tired when he got home. What kills me is that they say it's upscale, but it really is not, it's dark, and you can't find out about your dog during the day, no pictures like my last place, no way of knowing what's happening. And if that really is the owner at the front desk, then he needs a new line of work because neither people nor dogs are his thing.

The costs of our pet's care here are CLEARLY more expensive than the same care needed where we have…read morelived before . Moreover, the time that it takes to be seen (with a appointment made already) or to pick up our pet is GROSSLY and INEXCUSABLY ABUSIVE , without the regard of their customer's time , has been the experience the last 3 times. They aren't short staffed, they seem to have this air of " Whatever " and ZERO concern about getting the led out . Very aggravating if you have other things to do . If you're in a hurry, trust me , do as we are now, having to look elsewhere for our pet's care.
