Tiffany really has the magic touch and she has a great "medium" it wasn't too deep or too light. She listens to your problem areas & focuses on them without neglecting the rest of your body. Afterwards Tiffany showed me how to relax my problem areas in between sessions. I was so relaxed I usually only enjoy 90 min sessions, but that was the best 60 min massage I've ever had. I chose Michaelyndon because I love having my makeup done by Donna Abate, and I learned this was where she was currently working. I scheduled a facial + derma blade. The facial was great, but when she did the derma blade, she scraped into my hairline, essentially shaving the whole front of the hairline. I discovered this when my friend's 4 year old daughter kissed my forehead a couple weeks later and said it "cut her". The grow-out process has been a nightmare. I was already struggling with all of my hair being super short due to the last stylist. Now I am dealing with my hairline being an inch long, which is an absolute nightmare when you have fine, curly, frizzy hair. There is nothing I can do to keep it smooth. I hate leaving negative reviews but this few seconds of carelessness has led to daily frustration that I did not need. I was already struggling with my self-esteem and this was unnecessary. In addition, she asked if I had been going to (my former esthetician) previously. Apparently they had spoken about me before I came in. I don't know how they got to talking about me. I don't know if they were talking about their new clients or what. It was very weird to me and now I'm afraid to get a facial in Houston. Donna still does a great job with makeup, though, so I factored that into my rating.

Norma smiled and said it would be her pleasure to care for us both. We had side-by-side rooms. After a quick assessment, she recommended receiving the Signature Facial for both of us. She juggled us both without showing a sense of being juggled. I felt very calm and cared for but most importantly, I felt that Norma was taking the most excellent care of my Mother.
