We were promised to have the job started within 10 days and completed within one working day. Two days before the start of the project, not having heard from Adirondack, we called to confirm the start date. We were informed Katy had be medically incapacitated and no work had been done to get insurance approval for the work. After a short discussion we agreed to delay the project another week to facilitate Adirondack getting insurance approval and lining up the work cadre, which they estimated at 6 persons. Three days before the agreed upon start date we were notified that Adirondack would not be able to do the job due to no staffing. This company shows itself to be incompetent and unreliable in our opinion and we highly recommend caution when attempting to do business with Adirondack Cleaners.

To give you an idea of how extensive the damage was, out settlement with our insurance company was in excess of $100k. Jason had his men out quickly to clean up the mess and then start the reconstruction process. They handled all aspects of cleanup and construction and the quality of the work was impeccable. Not only that but Jason worked with our insurance company to get us the best settlement possible. Contractors sometimes get a bad name for unreliability and not being honest. Jason is as reliable and honest as they come. His workers; especially Alton, Rich, Tom, Matt, Phil, and Jason's Dad were a pleasure to have in the house.
