Terrible service once again, the store is empty on a Monday evening, 3 employees standing at the counter, and in the market for a double stroller. Nobody saying hello, nobody walking over to help my wife and I. You have to make an appt (which requires going through multiple pages on their website) with a fee, with no guarantee they're going to answer all your questions or have the exact product you are looking for. I was told the fee is to keep track of who is looking at products because some things have been damaged while employees are busy. THATS WHAT FLOOR MODELS ARE FOR... There is nothing special about this baby store, you should offer to help your customers who are in store and looking at products. Get off the counter and actually do your jobs.

One section was also dedicated to toys and another for books. What stood out to me was their wall of products for moms; think postpartum and self-care products, some of which I discovered online and couldn't find at major retailers. We purchased a dog harness and an iPad case. Both were delivered to our car within minutes. unlike other auction location where we had to go search for the items ourselves and check out, this was different.
