My daughter is on new medications and not able to continue services which I was told by Kristen 'You lucky we are not charging a cancelation fee $100' Disappointing coming from this place when its your child just trying to get relief from her pain and this what you have to deal with. She made me wait outside although the appointment says arrive 10 min early. So I let that one slide. Because some other people got there early to and she opened up the door. Well I arrived again today on 12/08/24. My appointment was at 11 and again 1 arrived early, yet again this person made me wait outside until 11 So I canceled bot of .y appointments and my membership. This person that I dealt with either does not like me or she needs to be talked to on maybe getting to work earlier to set up so she does not leave paying customers outside. BTW. She has now made me question the trustworthiness of this office. After being corrected about my name she continued to ask for Patricia. That's not my name. It's Pattrika. She continued to get louder and louder and refused to pause or stop speaking long enough to receive any kind of information. She is not the MD or a PA nor the person who wrights prescriptions. She's the one who gives the provider the message that the order is needed. I don't feel comfortable or confident that I can trust her to give my doctor the message I need her to have. Since she claims to be the ultimate boss of the entire practice I will now be looking for a new provider. Trust is important with your health. I have no trust in this provider anymore. That's really sad.

Before ending the call I already received my appointment confirmation, new patient paperwork and patient portal instructions in my email. Upon arrival, the front office was clean and the front office staff was friendly. Within 5 minutes of checking in I was taken back by the medical assistant who was quick and efficient. The patient room was also nice and clean. Moments after finishing up with the medical assistant, Sneha Kumar, MD entered the room. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and caring. Dr. Kumar went over my medical history, did an exam, performed a well woman exam, ordered routine labs and even took the time to exam an earache that had sprung up since scheduling my appointment. Checkout was a breeze, I was given a reminder card for my next annual checkup and also a hard copy of my lab order which I really appreciated. I don't typically write reviews but I felt this practice, especially Dr. Kumar was extremely deserving of a 5 star review.

I had been fighting a mystery virus for a couple weeks on top of chronic illness and I was tired &…read moreweak. In a desperate attempt to feel better, I decided to give IV therapy a try. They were very responsive and came out to my home that day. The vein in my left arm popped on insertion and I nearly lost consciousness. The vein in my right arm cooperated and the myers cocktail went very quick. I did not feel any different afterward and was left with 2 ugly bruises. An ER nurse told me that it really isn't the best way to deliver vitamins to the body and that unless you were on your deathbed, you would need a lot more than a liter of fluid to notice any difference. I gave it a try but I won't be doing it again.
