These people literally saved my life! I had a pretty bad case of COVID in early January 2022 and the symptoms I experienced caused me to become severely dehydrated. Because I was very sick in bed, my mom called around to various mobile IV therapy companies, none of which had any availability. She then found Revitalize Mobile IV Hydration, who was able to send someone out to my location within two hours! The nurse that showed up, Tania, was SUPER professional and super nice. She was with another employee, I didn't get his name but they were able to administer my IV treatment by my apartment pool, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They even helped me up to my apartment when the treatment was over. I was severely dehydrated and very sick with COVID and this IV therapy literally saved me. Tania also checked my breathing and suggested I go to urgent care for a chest X-ray. This advice also saved me because it was found that I developed pneumonia. I was put on an antibiotic and steroid, which cleared it up. Tania's advice to go to urgent care saved my life! Shortly after the IV treatment I began to feel better and by Monday (the treatment was administered on a Saturday) I was on the mend. I called around 8am and was told that one if the nurses could be at my house around 12noon. They had the same medication and dosage that I get from my PCP. My friend got salmonella poisoning on Friday afternoon. He was horribly sick, all the usual symptoms but very severe. He couldn't even keep water down which meant every oral treatment I gave him came right back up. By Saturday night we were talking hospital time. But the thought of sitting in an ER for over 3 hours (the ESTIMATED wait time) while puking wasn't a real choice. I couldn't find one single urgent care that took his insurance and had an opening anywhere in the near future. So he suffered until my friend told me about these guys. Duh! I totally forgot you could get this. So I emailed them at 0604 on Sunday and the nurse (Toby-AMAZING!), was here and had the iv going by 0730! They were so friendly and the whole thing was super easy. They tell you prices RIGHT UP FRONT. You know what you will pay before they ever send someone out. My friend was so sick he needed an extra bag of fluids and a second dose of anti nausea meds. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is the price. It was $210 for the 'food poisoning package'. But the extra bag of fluids was $50 and the extra 4mg of Zofran was $25!!! They did tell me the cost before they gave it to him. So they don't try any sneaky business! Then the total was $285! But honestly, avoiding the ER, not having to leave his bed, their AMAZING response time and seeing him on his way to recovery really was worth the price!!! read more
