I got sick shortly after and he told me the manager would call and that didn't happen so I tried to train with this guy. He doesn't seemed experienced and honestly it's a numbers game where they just sign people up for money but don't follow through with professionalism or truly caring about the guest's fitness. I asked for a lady trainer and was told she would call me but she never did and when I followed up it was just excuses. I shouldn't have to ask for appointments just like I didn't ask to be bothered initially. This gym use to be so professional when it opened and now they hire people who have no passion for fitness and who can't resolve issues. It's all about putting you in a contract and taking your money and not fulfilling their agreement. Integrity and professionalism is seriously lacking.
