You feel it the moment you walk in. They are friendly, motivating, and consistent, whether you're a first-time member or someone who's been training for years. As an evening dedicated member, I rotate through classes with Greg, Abe, Wes, Marlon, and Chase, and that variety keeps workouts fresh while still delivering a serious full-body burn every time. No two classes feel the same, but the quality never drops. The diversity and inclusiveness here truly matter--you're supported, pushed, and encouraged at your own level. And for the membership rates, the value is unmatched considering the intensity and effectiveness of the workouts. You get strength, cardio, stress relief, and confidence all in one. At Zen, the instructors are so fun, motivating, and you have a new workout every class! The staff are so welcoming and I love that they acknowledge my name when I walk in. It really makes me feel like I'm part of the family and cared about. I have to say the challenges really keep me active and working hard throughout the year. If they didn't have them every couple of months I would not be as consistent or motivated to go all the time. I also LOVE they have showers. Before coming to Zen a couple of studios I tried out did not offer that, which didn't give me the option to take morning classes right before work. If I worked from home it wouldn't be as big of a deal, but having to go into the office every day I love I have the option to work out before or after work. 10/10 love this place and everyone I've met there!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere with the big open space and lighting. As well as the setup with various equipment. Parking was a breeze and class times worked well with my full time work schedule. The workout itself was very challenging in the beginning (especially those strength classes!), but by the end of 2 weeks It felt much easier and I even found myself able to increase my weights. I really recommend this for all levels of fitness and would return for a day I wanted a less intense break from cardio. I really feel like I built a lot of leg strength during my time here and would often find them shaking at the end of an exercise. My only wish would be that they offered more evening classes over the weekend. Excited to see this studio grow and see what they do moving forward!
