That's not how it works, especially in this market! They used comps from 13 months ago. Who are these so called appraisers? I've been in this business for 31 years and have never dealt with a company like this! Any bank that uses this company needs to think again! Take them off your list, so another buyer and seller don't have to deal with an absolutely POOR APPRAISAL!
