This place is amazing. We were visiting family in New Hampshire when we tried this place and we really wish there was a Flight in Richmond, Virginia. Their traditional iced cronut is to die for! We loved everything we got: Blueberry, and chocolate sea salt potato donut, traditional iced cronuts, honey dip brioche donut, avocado toast, blueberry muffin and scone. Wasn't expecting to like the potato donuts because I prefer yeast donuts but the flavors were so good. The mile high traditional glazed cronut is the star though with a tender flake and almost custard like flavor when you bite into it. Today my wife and I stopped by Flight Coffee in Bedford, NH for an afternoon coffee, and what a great place. I ordered the Nor'Easter Chai Latte, and my wife had the Nor'Easter Latte -- both were excellent. Flight Coffee roasts their own beans, and it really shows. The coffee is superb, and the service was friendly and welcoming. The shop has a fun, upbeat vibe and is a great spot to relax and hang out for a bit. I also appreciated that they offer gluten-free cookies and treats, which is a nice bonus for anyone with dietary restrictions. We stopped in to Flight Coffee for some caffeine on a Friday morning around 9am. The line was looooonnnnggg. They do have online ordering too so you can order ahead. Plenty of staff on-hand with one deducated to online order prep. The space is a long 'front to back' configuration with rustic wooden tables for two, four or six on the right. There are also several outdoor tables and chairs over looking parking where you can sit with your fur babies (no furry friends allowed inside). The order counter, donut display case, food prep area and gender neutral restrooms are on the left. There is a 'grab & go' cooler with cold brew and kids kumbucha near the two gender neutral restrooms toward the back. You'll also find loose leaf teas for sale there. Food offerings include bagels with a variety of spreads, bagel sandwiches or sour dough bread breakfast sandwiches along with donuts. Their coffee flavorings look to be made in house. I see they have an instagram account which may have more info on that. Beverages include cold brew, espresso drinks, drip coffee, french press coffee and a variety of tea drinks. As we had limited time and they were backed up with orders we chose drip coffees and a donut to share. Simple and quick. The drip coffees weren't great. My reaction was it tasted burnt. My companion said it tasted bitter. The Boston Cream donut is quite big and absolutely loaded with custard. The cream filling is not too sweet, the donut is cake like and the chocolate on top is fudgy. A station by the door includes a variety of milks to add to your beverage if needed, napkins, trash and recycling bins. Coffees are served in 'to-go' cups, no reusable mugs which is another reason why we opted for drip coffee. Cappuccino in a paper 'to-go' cup just doesn't 'hit' the same. They offer a wide variety of flavored coffee and tea drinks. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. Wi-fi password is posted on the wall. Bathrooms are big and clean. Roadtripping through the area and needed a coffee. They don't have caramel, so we got a butterscotch latte with skim milk and cold foam (they don't have whipped cream). This didn't really have any flavor so wasn't impressed honestly. The cold foam wasn't sweet at all either. We also got a hot latte with whole milk and butterscotch flavor, this also didn't have much/any flavor to it. We got the 16oz sizes which was $5.50 for the iced and $4.50 for the hot.. We also got 2 cinnamon cronuts which were so good! Normally they are $4 each but we walked in near closing time so they were 1/2 off. They had a lot of seating, mostly tables and 4 chairs. One small bar area overlooking outside/parking lot. They also had 3 or 4 small lounge chairs for casual seating. There weren't a lot of people in there at all so the service was very quick and the employees were very friendly. All in all, I wouldn't come back for the coffee. They they select their beans and roasting parameters to highlight the lighter, more astringent and fruit-forward coffees. I would recommend a drip coffee or an espresso if you're searching for a beverage that's more on the robust side. The staff was friendly and helpfully answered my questions. Food options are fairly generous. In addition to pastries (donuts, cronuts and breads), they offer hot sandwiches. I ordered "Bacon me Crazy", a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. It's flavorful, especially with the maple flavored bacon. Surprisingly, I did not see any mention of pour-over preparation, but they do serve aeropress, French press, drip espresso and cold brew coffee, including nitro CB. read more

Sadly, I wasn't a huge fan of this place. I enjoyed the vibes and creative options of coffees, but flavor-wise, our drinks were overbearing. I should've gotten it half sweet like I normally do (my bad), but I got a carrot cake latte, and Riley got a strawberry moonflower latte. The flavors themselves weren't bad, but it was soooo sweet that neither of us finished them. The food was fine, cronuts (crossiant/donut crossover) were really good. There was such a long line that moved so quickly, and all the employees seemed super happy to be there, passionate about the things that were offered, and helpful with recommendations. Flight coffee is located in a small plaza off Rt 101 in Bedford. On a Saturday morning it was a busy spot, luckily we didn't have to wait long. The staff was friendly and helpful in making our breakfast decisions. My daughter picked from their amazing selection of donuts and had a fresh squeezed lemonade. My husband had a cold brew ice coffee and a Bacon Me Crazy Breakfast sandwich. I had a sea salt and rosemary bagel with cream cheese and a butterfly ice tea. 4.5 stars - Tried this place for the first time this weekend and I really enjoyed it! It is a cool local coffee shop that has tons of pastries, cookies, and other food options, and just as many drinks. I got a glazed cronut (my first time trying a cronut!) and it was sweet and light. The baked goods are incredible and deserve a following unto themselves. This cronut was perfection. And I'm sad it's gone too soon. Went in on a Friday morning at 10am, and it was hopping! You could find a seat, as the folks turn over swiftly, but there was a steady flow of customers throughout my time here. Many with their laptops out working mixed with the average shmoe getting a very well made breakfast sandwich or a baked goodie from the counter. This was my first and last time at this place. I placed an online order through their website, which is contracted through DoorDash, I was across the street at the Doctors office, and figured I'd pick up my food when I was done. The app said it would take 14-20mins, so as I sat in the parking lot I noticed it was empty of customers inside, so I went inside to see if my order was ready since, there was no customers. They had 2 workers, one stocking doughnuts and one just standing there ignoring me as I stood in front of the pick up orders as mine wasn't ready. I stood there awhile longer before any other customers came in, still unacknowledged. As customers began to line up 2 more people came from out back to help the customers in line. I then got a notification that my order was ready, but still no order out. So I asked an older woman, who looked at 2 bags on their back counter said yeah this is your bag, so my bagel sandwich had been ready for 10+ mins now getting cold, and she walked away, without giving me my bag, and continued helping someone else. So I asked someone else can I get my latte and bagel, what is the hold up?? And she goes are you a customer or a DoorDash driver??? I'm pissed now, like your holding up my order cause you think I'm a delivery driver?? I said I'm a customer and I want my order that literally been sitting there being ignored. Like what kinda service is this place? I wrote pickup on the slip, so you blatantly ignored a paying customer and gave them cold food because they could've been a delivery driver?? Great coffee and fresh baked treats! As a bonafide coffee enthusiast, I was really happy to try their freshly roasted coffee. You can taste that great care is taken in roasting the coffee and then creating all of the beverages sold on site. We visited a few times while in town visiting family and grabbed a bunch of bags of coffee to take home, as well as treats and beverages to enjoy immediately.
