We came here for a bite to eat and orange creamsicle soft serve that we saw posted on their facebook. Unfortunately, food is not served after 4pm, which I did not see stated on their website/menu. And unfortunately they were out of the creamsicle soft serve and were now serving pineapple. Their hard ice cream is Richardson. I ordered a kids cup and paid for myself, after my friend did the same. Portion sizes were way off, one a lot bigger than the other, not sure if it was luck of the draw, but the same person scooped both, one order left a tip, the other didn't. They have some outdoor seating at picnic tables. If all tables are full I've seen people bring blankets and sit on the grassy hill. read more

Delicious ice cream, friendly staff, and a cozy spot. Had a going away send off with one of my best friends and boyfriend, and we were all super impressed with the ice cream. My friend had the pumpkin Oreo, my boyfriend had the apple crisp, and I had the tollhouse cookie and we all couldn't stop saying how great they were. :) read more

Had a soft serve pineapple ice-cream last week.. very good!! 5 on that! But the 3 is for the coffee. Now.. unfortunately, I can only have decaf so I'm pretty particular and snobby about the taste. Theirs gets a plus because there large is around 32 ounces.. I like that, but it had a burnt taste to it almost, & yet at the same time not very strong. The Flight coffee co. Across the street is far superior in that department. . Too bad their large is more like a med. read more

Tons of great flavors to choose from, lots of sizes and great customer service! I went with my default order - small mocha chip, chocolate sprinkles and a sugar cone in a cup. A kiddie size would have been sufficient, I should know better by now. Husband got a brownie sundae with S'mores ice cream, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Not only did we love the ice cream, I am ready go back and try another flavor. Blueberry pie, anyone? read more

If you are looking for the world's best frappe than look no further than the Inside Scoop. I have lived in Bedford for over 3 years and have heard raving reviews on this place but never made a point to stop in. I was disappointed in myself that I did not stop sooner because the Coffee Nitro Frappe is by far the best. It's pure perfection. I also have never been to a small business that truly has employees that radiate positive energy even when the owner is not there. This is a sign of a good owner that not only cares about her business, but her employees also. If you are looking for a great, clean place to grab some ice cream, a snack or the worlds best frappe. If you haven't been to inside scoop , you are missing out on a great spot for the best ice cream/ coffee and of course the sandwiches . The staff and owner are always so welcoming. It's very clean Do follow them on instagram for all updates. Did I mention the bagels they have oh yummm. read more

I love spending mornings at the inside scoop! The coffee is so yummy but I never feel that caffeinated from it. The breakfast sandwiches are also incredible. The only downside is they don't offer sandwiches with sausage. I was told this is because they have no way to cook the sausage (microwaved sausage doesn't sound too good to me). The avocado, egg, tomato, cheese is my favorite sandwich on the menu. Totally worth the stop, a favorite breakfast place among my friends. I wish you all Heath and safety during this hard time. This cute little ice cream shop offers year round scoops for a decent price! They have a great variety, are conveniently located and have ample parking. The only complaint I have is just that the inside does have limited space, it can be overcrowded at times and loud which is more my problem then theirs haha! Expect hoards of teenagers!! read more

I love the inside scoop! I've had their coffee, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, wraps, and salads. Everything is always really, really tasty. I don't have any pictures to share, but their Facebook page is full of tantalizing images of their drinks and treats. The owner and staff are always great. Not only is their service wonderful, but they frequently hold community service events. The most recent was to raise money for supplies for the Ukraine. Keep doing what you are doing!! read more

This is the local kids hangout after school and it's a really nice place. The ice-cream is very good. The portions are massive, if there was one criticism I wish there was a smaller portion you could choose that was actually cheaper. They do the usual trick of the small portion only being slightly less pricey than the medium/large ones. I'd prefer it if there was a genuinely smaller portion. Other than that, good ice-cream and a nice building to eat it in. read more

I've been going here since they've opened. I now live in Merrimack and happily make the drive to enjoy their food and smiling faces. The owner is warm, inviting, and so involved in the community. Their coffee is one of a kind, their soups of the day are delicious, and don't get me started on their ice cream. If you ever have trouble thinking of what to order, they LOVE making suggestions that are truly incredible and unique. I will be a forever customer to the Scoop! read more

My original review...dated 08/06/2011 still stands. Love this place and its only gotten better. Expanded menu that now has soups, coffee, wraps etc. Open for breakfast and lunch. I love supporting NH small businesses. This one should be on your list. read more

Great ice cream! They have frozen yogurt and regular hard ice cream. I believe they also have soft serve too but just chocolate and vanilla. They serve coffee and sandwiches as well. There is some tables for seating inside. They have a cold brew bar that also has kombucha and you can pour a bottle to take home. The coffee they have is sold in a bunch of unique flavors that all sounded delicious! Highly recommend read more

Our family loves the Inside Scoop. It's a cute little place with great ice cream. They do have other things on the menu, sandwiches, breakfast, coffee, etc., but we have only eaten the ice cream. It's great, although a kids' portion works for most grownups! I love the coffee ice cream as well as peanut butter cup. And the service is usually pretty good - not to mention, in summer you can always see lots of friends outside or on their grass berm. If you're in the area, try it. Places like this are the fabric of our community, and they are trying hard to do well! read more
