SCAM. FlightOm Travel - who seems to be the same company as Altos Travel (and likely others) is a fake travel agency. We used them to book a flight for our minor child and after the trip was cancelled they are holding out and will not refund our payment to them. I have gotten nowhere with their CS and will be reporting them to the North Carolina and New Jersey DOJ. They seen to be an outfit based in India but use a number of US-based websites/addresses to fool in customers. Buyer beware!! read more

SCAM! This sham places ads in various places--I found them on Google when searching for American Airlines Reservations at Seatac--and then they act like they're from American Airlines. I asked for a roundtrip ticket, paid for it, then when I went to use the roundtrip ticket, found out that it was only a one way & they pocketed the rest as a $150 "agency fee" to book my ticket. This company is a scam. Do not deal with them. They took $360. from me as an agent fee and told me they were Alaska Airlines Customer Service agent. They took my information and used it to rebook a flight using my airline credit. A few days later I saw an unusual charge on my credit card stating "Agent Fee". Beware of this company. Beware! STAY AWAY I called Delta's customer service number to request a flight change and was somehow rerouted to these scammers. I had some reservations about their service but they assured me that they were "consolidators" for Delta and were doing Delta customers a favor by offering change services because the Delta reps were so busy. NOT. They promised to change both outbound and return flights to one stop for a fee of $316, but only changed the outbound. My credit card statement reported DELTA as the payee, but Delta never received the money. I disputed the charge, and had to cancel my credit card because I don't trust these people with my information. Called and ordered plane tickets on 12/13/21, gave all my info, and was told flight was booked. Waited awhile and realized my CC hadn't been billed. Called CC company and they had no record of the transaction. Called United they had no record of her on the flight she was to use. Tried to call this company to see what was up and it went right to voicemail. Had to scramble to find a ticket so my daughter could see her possibly terminally ill father this Christmas, ended up paying double, as it was so last minute. Also had to cancel the CC used....This company should be CLOSED! read more

This is such a scam. Xavier Smith posed as a Representative of Delta Airlines "Global Reservations" and STOLE $3179.00 + $378.00 as an "agent fee" and purchased tickets that were only a little over $1000 each, pocketing $1500.00 in a TPA (Third Party Administrator) scam. Delta is only offering to refund the amount of the actual tickets which as it turned out was $1070 each for the two tickets. The travel had to be delayed due to COVID travel Restrictions and now we can't change the travelers and we aren't even sure we can get the refund, because it appears that Mr. Xavier Smith, used a corporate card for FlightOm then charged the premium and his fee to my card. I am reporting this company to the BBB and the New Jersey Consumer Protection Division and any other state official having to do with travel related scams. I would highly recommend that the owners of this company consider carefully how expensive this could be for them if they do not make good on a refund of the money they STOLE under false pretense. read more

Stay away from this company! They charge you exorbitant fees without alerting you to the amount they will bill you. If you use them you will pay through the nose for a service that you can do all by yourself on the computer or on the phone. I cannot agree more with staying away from this fake travel agency. Lies, Lies, Lies!! They promised me a credit of $300 for overcharging, and after contacting them several times, they all of a sudden didn't know me. They gave me a "credit confirmation number", which the person said, they don't do that. But yet I called them at their number, on their site, was issued the number, and now they don't do that!!! Hmmm...I say fake agency, con artist. I had no choice when dealing with these fools because when my flight was cancelled by AA, and I called the customer service number on AA's site, it transferred me "somehow" to these idiots. If I would have know this, I would have gotten in my car and drove to the airport to resolve my issue and not dealt with these people. Lesson learned. Karma to this agency, you will get yours!!! I wish I'd read the other review before using them. I wasn't told about their ripoff fees when I booked an airline ticket online with them. Worse, when the flight was cancelled they never notified me or refunded the money. I've contacted them, but I suspect that nothing short of legal action will get my money back. They are crooks. read more
