Everyone was friendly and greeted us with big smiles, hello's and friendly service. I mean everyone from ground staff to wait staff everyone was ready to serve or just being helpful. The pool area is top notch and would compete with any resort. There is a kids water play ground too. Bar service evil it's ISR was prompt and properly frequent. Our room was great despite the aforementioned, bed was comfortable and all the little details in order. Our room had a walk out balcony which we really appreciated and used throughout our stay. There are several restaurants on the property but make a reservation at the Summit, spend a little too much cause it's worth it. Immaculate service, wonderful top flight foods, ridiculously good deserts! Pull your boat up to the courtesy slips and enjoy a meal or pick up supplies at the ship store. There are 27 holes of championship golfing with more to come, a full service gym, spa, sauna, and the typical ball rooms and meeting rooms. Really this would be five stars if not for all the noise and I can't fault the staff or service, perhaps the building contractor? Sadly then, they really deserve five stars, we are already planning a return visit and plans to rent a boat. PS we would have rented a boat but the weather was not great on this trip and really you come to a place like this for four things; boating, fishing, golf, and pampering afterwards.

We were basically the only people in the restaurant and they managed to bring out different menus for the group, which caused a missed order, which took 20 minutes to correct. When the food arrived, it was middle of the road but on the high-end for price. I would have been very disappointed had I paid for the dinner or been the one who planned the event. I would however like to return to play the course and write a review on it :)

Each hole has trees on each side so lots of hazards to deal with. WhatI like is they got a couple of marshals who drive around to make sure play is not stacking up which is nice your not always waiting to play. You must wear a collared shirt that's a rule they will not overlook. If not the clubhouse has plenty for you to buy. I should no my first time playing here I had to buy a shirt cost me another 75 bucks. So just saying wear a collared shirt. Plus this course you have to stay on the golf cart paths or you'll be asked to leave. Of course you can't forget about hole 19. That's we're all the beers and food is at. If your looking for a great golf course give this course a try it's very unforgiving if you can't keep your ball in the fairways. They also give golf lesson with a pga pro if you need help with your swing.

The food is subpar and expensive. Wifi is very slow. Don't expect peace and quiet because the lobby is constantly playing loud country music. The lady up front told us 4:40, and that we can squeeze in if nobody's at the first hole, so we squeezed in around 4:25. The lady comes out and tells us "can you guys let these gentlemen go, because they were here first in a very rude and disrespectful tone. We then proceeded to play, then when we had one hole left, a guy came by and yelled out us for having the cart of the cart path, which was barely off the cart path, and that course is not the nicest so its not going to hurt it anymore than it already is. He also yelled at us and told us to leave because it was to late, i've played there before and they didn't care then. If you are rude to your customers who over pay for a cheap trashy course and then add rudeness to that, that just shows how disrespectful and rude those people are, and how they don't care about anything other than money.
