If you are renting a boat or a jet ski this review is for you!…read more We made reservations over the phone the day before our arrival for a jet ski and pontoon boat and paid what was required. We arrived early to sign papers and pay the difference, the charge seemed very high including two additional deposits but we were assured it will all get refunded. We waited for over an hour to get our jet ski and boat and since it was at the end of the day we were assured that we won't get charged for the missed hour, we were never offered the option to keep the boat pass our initial time to make up for the delay. When we returned the boat and jet ski, they showed us a picture of the jet ski and said we added two more "scratches" and that's considered damage. The jet sky was full of scratches, obvious wear and tear so we didn't think to take pictures of it. After I argued about the jet ski "damage" the guy said he'll only charge us $50 from our deposit. His attitude was off putting, zero customer service, he took no accountability for being late, stating he gave us a better boat so the hour we lost was made up by that. Without making this into a novel, they never reimbursed us the hour they were late and a 3 hour boat + jet ski ended up costing close to $1300 after reimbursement of the initial deposit! Luckily we looked at the credit card early the next day and we went down to get this sorted. We had to wait for the manager to dissect the playback of the whole thing and she came to the conclusion that we were overcharged $521. The whole time she acted that we were interfering with her "being in the middle of a deal" at the end of it all, NO APOLOGIES! We literally had to chase them to get our money back on what was supposed to be a vacation and nobody showed any kind of good customer service! There was a gentleman behind us who hadn't received his deposit so clearly they do this a lot! Mistakes happen but how they handled everything it made us feel that they are running a scam or are extremely incompetent, either way it's bad business!

01-04-26-01-11-26…read more Our first trip to Bonaire with Nautical Adventures: My wife and I recently went on a scuba diving trip to the breath-taking island of Bonaire with Tim and Michelle Knight. The amount of hospitality and generosity shown by Nautical Adventures during our time on the island was some of the most professional, caring, and just downright stellar service we have ever received by a dive shop. We booked our dive trip with Nautical Adventures back in the summer of 2025. The information provided to us early in the booking process from Nautical Adventures gave us the opportunity to get our flights booked and get the trip secured to the island. Michelle and Jansen did an outstanding job staying in contact with my wife and I all the way up to the point at which we landed on the island. Once we landed on the island, we were greeted at the airport by both Tim and Michelle, we were picked up and taken to our resort, Grand Windsock. Michelle was right there with us to make sure everyone in the group was taken care of and made sure everyone's room assignments were taken care of as well as our rental truck. On the evening of our arrival, we were taken to the Wanna Dive shop and introduced to the staff at the dive shop. Additionally, we were shown around the shop and made to feel welcome and comfortable. On this specific occasion due to the later arrival time, Tim and Michelle provided pizza for the entire group and we had a wonderful time eating and visiting with the staff and rest of the diving group. On our first day of diving, we met the group at the Wanna Dive shop. We went as a group to Windsock beach and did a weight check and had a great first dive. My wife and I did not know the island, so Tim and Michelle took us under their wing for the first few days of diving and made us feel very comfortable navigating the island. On our second day of diving, we did a two-tank boat dive, and it was so organized and ran flawlessly. My wife and I felt safe and comfortable on the boat the whole time. This continued into our third day of diving. On my sixth dive, my dive computer failed and without any hesitation, Michelle allowed me to use one of her dive computers, which I used for the remainder of our diving experience on the Island. Our third day of diving ran just as seamlessly as the prior two days. We dove many different diving sites and had a great day. On our fourth day of diving, the rest of the Nauti Staff arrived on the island. Jansen, Ryan and Devin. My wife and I completed crossover training on this day, and the staff amplified Tim and Michelle's vision of professionalism. This dive staff is very good at what they do and each one of the instructors mentioned above goes above and beyond with everything they do. I feel this instructor quality can only be found with the Nauti Crew. My wife and I are so thankful for Tim and Michelle and the kindness they showed not only to us, but to the whole group. Everyone orders burgers and I figure I'll order chicken tenders as it's my first time here and it is hard to mess up tenders. Boy was I wrong. They tasted like they had been in a freezer forever and the batter was flavorless. The fries also lacked and just tasted old. Everyone complained that their burgers also tasted off. So I requested if they could replace the tenders with a burger, specifically a hamburger NOT a cheeseburger (yes they had both options on the menu) and mind you I had everyone at the table taste the tenders and all of them said they tasted terrible. So I get my burger and wouldn't you know it has cheese, I eat it anyways and yep my family was right the burger tasted terrible as well. Then realized that the burgers are frozen patties! At this point I'm done and we go up to pay and I ask the cashier if they removed the tenders from the ticket and she tells me no. So I ask why and she says "well the kitchen staff tasted the tenders and they said it tasted fine" regardless of what THEY think I'm the paying customer and if I'm dissatisfied with the quality of my food then wouldn't you do the right thing and just void the tender meal? Quality customer service there. I've been to every other marina at the lake at they were all 10x better, I absolutely will not be returning to this location.

Our space #59 was a pull through. There are several others on this row. This area of Oklahoma is really beautiful with lots of trees and rolling hills. Our hosts were so accommodating and nice. They helped us change sites, find the dump site and even brought us free firewood! We will be back!
