The tumbling classes are great and so are the tumbling coaches. My daughter loves the tumbling…read morecoaches. However, My daughter tried out for level two All Star cheer last year at GEA. They told us she didn't make an All Star team at all, only the mini prep team. She was devastated. She worked two years towards her tumbling and stunts. She was already doing mini prep the year prior. She learned and perfected handsprings and many other skills prior to her first year of mini prep, but it was our first year of cheer so we accepted it, but a second season of mini prep is not acceptable for her with her skills. So we decided we would try out at several gyms just to find out if GEA was right or wrong. Yep, GEA was totally wrong to place my daughter on Mini prep a second year, according to all the other All Star gyms. My daughter made level 2 All Star at every location she tried out for. So what did we do? We packed our bags and moved on to another gym. Couldn't be happier that we did. Half of the All Star coaches, office staff and both owners are fake at GEA. If you are there favorite and fake like them this is the best place for you. If you question them they will treat you like a snake, for asking. My daughter was treated unfairly by the owner several times. She would come home crying and crying when I told her she had to go to cheer practice at GEA. My daughter moved to a different gym. She goes and comes home a happy girl now. She has come so far at her new All Star gym. At her new All Star gym they treat her like she matters and she is off soon to compete at Nationals in Orlando Florida. We are looking good and confident. Even if we don't win, we are happy just to be free from GEA. Her coach at her new gym and her tumbling gym all say she is ready to try out for level 3 now. If we were at GEA not sure they would let her move up. They tend to try and keep the girls stale. Unless you are their favorite and yes, they have those favorite girls. Those favorite girls are turning out like them at GEA fake and they will treat your girl badly and get away with it. However, don't stick up for yourself there against those mean favorite girls because they won't get into trouble, you will. If you're not their favorite you will get into trouble for sticking up for yourself against them. I would not recommend this gym. I would recommend if you are a real honest person keep looking around for a gym that treats you and your kids with respect and kindness. We were not the only family who left this gym because of how they were treated. I know a lot of those people who left. They are so much happier now. Tryouts coming soon. My daughter will be trying out for level three but not at GEA. Never ever again.

The coaches are top notch and are fantastic at communicating and nurturing the talents of their team members. The owners are caring and responsive. We couldn't be happier!

My daughter loves being a part of a Competitive team. And if you join the AllStar teams, that's what it is, Competitive. Coach's want to win and they strive to instill that way of thinking in these athletes. It's not easy, but we love it! My daughter is 6 and competes on the AllStar mini level 1. She's pushed to be her best self. Coaches expect that from all athletes. She pushed through injury this season, with the support of her coaches. There are classes and team practices almost all weekend and weekday evenings, meaning many times coaches are busy "coaching." And doors are locked for the kiddos to focus. When we arrived the first day back in 2018, I called the phone number on the door and Kristen directed us on how the program works. I've had nothing but a team of supportive staff. I know they care and as parents we should expect our kids to be pushed to be their best selves!

The coaches and all the athletes work together and everything is done with love. This is our first year at this gym, but our third year of cheer. The price wasn't bad. however, I started getting irritated recently over the lack of care for the dancers. They are definitely a cheer school!! That's fine, if they want to be a cheer school, and dress little six year old girls in what amounts to sports bras and booty shorts. NOT MY DAUGHTER!! I LOVE her teacher, but came to find out they weren't paying her. So, she is leaving. We will follow her teacher, and pay money where it needs to go. I will not give them one more cent. Recitals were not what they should have been and what I heard they were supposed to be. At a local high school on stage. NOPE. They did it right in the studio... Telling the dancers' parents they don't give a flip about us. It's cheer that deserves all the attention. We came in last week to a note on the door saying they were closed AGAIN for ANOTHER spring break. The teacher didn't even know. they already had spring break. Why are they having another... that we have to pay for? I'm with Penelope. Make sure you know where your money is going!!

This was a very special birth because I didn't really need to fight. I had a good team that understood my trauma. Amy was very helpful for my PTSD while birthing. Although I wasn't being assaulted and listened to with this birth I still needed that calming support and Amy offered me that.. I was very lucky to have Amy. Thank you.

Omni really needs to start giving more playtime to their players. It's super frustrating to travel…read moreso far for tournaments and games just to sit on the bench the whole time. If coaches aren't going to actually play everyone, then the teams should be smaller--around 9 or 10 players instead of 12 or 13. Having so many players means some kids barely touch the court, no matter how hard they practice or how committed they are. On top of that, some of the coaches are just plain mean. They don't encourage their players or try to build confidence--they tear them down instead. There's a huge difference between being strict and being rude, and unfortunately, a lot of the coaching here crosses that line. It really feels like certain players are favored no matter what, and others get ignored or even bullied. Parents pay a lot of money and spend hours traveling for practices and tournaments, so it's really disappointing when players don't get treated fairly. Omni has potential to be a great club, but they seriously need to rethink their coaching approach, how they divide playtime, and how they treat their athletes overall. Everyone deserves a fair chance to grow, play, and actually enjoy the sport.

She's made great relationships with teammates that she still has today. Her coach Jess was really supportive of her skill building and college aspirations. My daughter has since graduated and moved out of state for college. She considered playing in college and was able to reach out to coach Jess during a break at home, and Jess extended an open invitation for her to get back into practice. My daughter ultimately decided not to play at the college level, but the relationships built and warm reception are priceless as she navigates life. My younger daughter would like to follow her sisters footsteps and when we get there, Omni would be our choice for club.
