She is 7 weeks old and the staff…read moreonly held her to give her a bottle or change her diaper then it was right back to an empty crib staring up at a ceiling ALL DAY LONG. She cries when something is wrong and once you fix it she's a very happy baby but instead of picking her up to see if she had wet her diaper before 2 hours was up they would pat her and leave her in that crib. Then an hour before she was picked up they ran out of milk but didn't call to tell mom or dad they just let her cry! Dad arrived to pick her up and when he asked why they let her cry in the crib like that they said they were trying to let her self soothe. Babies at 7 weeks cannot self-soothe! It is not appropriate until 3-4 months at the earliest. Obviously the staff are not educated on caring for an infant!!! Imagine what it would do to an infant to lie in one spot and see nothing but a white ceiling for 8 hours a day except for the few minutes it takes to change it's diaper or get a bottle. With no stimulation the babies brain would be under developed at a crucial most important time of its life! Not only that it cost 290.00 for that one day of torture! I'm LIVID!

It is a safe place for children of all ages to learn, grow, and interact with others. They have a large glass wall where parents can watch their child without being in the way. They have cubbies for shoes and socks. It's recommended that they bring a water bottle because they do have water breaks, but no fear if you don't. They have water fountains and a refill station for water bottles. They have a party room in the back, and a play area up front for siblings or kiddos early for their class. I was amazed at the bathrooms...they are so clean and have a stool provided. They also have a potty training seat that you can flip down if you are taking your kiddo and don't need the full open adult seat. They even had a station with feminine products for females who may need something in a pinch. They've truly thought of it all! I'm a physician at the medical center and I'm so grateful for the effort they make to stay open no matter what. During the last snow storm the director slept at the daycare center so that she could be there to open at 6 for the families that needed to go to work at the medical center. I said that she may not be ready for an organized activity and maybe we can try again when she's older. Then the lady tells me she's had other two year olds and it's just my daughter. She continued complaining about her. I can definitely handle if they told me she wasn't ready for their class but she was just nasty and cruel! I've never seen an adult have so much animosity and frustration towards a CHILD. It was very concerning. We will not be going back. If she was that mean to my kid while I was present I hate to think of how they treat children during class when parents aren't around since they are not allowed to be present after the first class.

She kept constantly sending my child home the month of October but was on my case about me making my payment. She tries to talk down to everyone just because she is an older lady and tries to demean you every chance she gets. My boys have been to a few different daycare and this one is by far the worse. She will lay to your face about something you know that you told her just because she doesn't remember. I will never take my kids back here and would never recommend anyone to go there
