They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. After leaving and returning with two more workers and a saw, they learned the bed could actually be moved without being cut apart. In the end, the bed was successfully carried down the stairs, proving it did not need to be destroyed as they initially claimed. I waited all day for the appointment, only to be told conflicting information and pressured into paying significantly more than the quoted price. The lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and failure to honor the original quote made for a very disappointing experience.
