When filling out the online form, I selected "deep clean" and "baseboards" for a ~800ft house that totaled $215 (the next option was ~1300sq ft which was way over). However, upon arriving, the employee obviously wanted to do the minimum. Since my house is 888ft, he had to call his supervisor and facetime her so I guess they could charge me more? But since no one informed me they were coming and I had to have the house cleaned the day, I already started on the living room and kitchen. I told them that I can finish the living room, if they could finish the rest of the house including the kitchen that was pretty much done already. They finished cleaning the rest of the entire house in the time it took me to finish cleaning the living room (which I had started an hour before). They completely skipped the only actual bedroom in the house and did a poor job on the bathroom. They didn't touch the sink in the kitchen, the blinds and some of the baseboards (that I paid extra for!). I'm not sure what I paid $215 for and have received far better service from other companies for way less (and they cleaned the entire house). The worst part of it is the professionalism and lack of accountability of management. After the employee called her, she texted me to confirm that "we will be doing the three bedrooms and one bathroom. The cleaners will take before and after photos for your records". So I texted her back to let her know that one bedroom was completely untouched and the bathroom was poorly done. She responded the next day asking for pictures! Since I had a deadline to have my house cleaned by, I didn't take pictures before cleaning it myself and didn't think I had to since she said they would. The lack of accountability shows the Company's values in providing good service and therefore, should be avoided at all costs.

The price didn't bother me if they did a good job buy it was awful. My windows were literally not touched, they washed like 5 loads of laundry and didn't dry any of them and left them in baskets and I had to rewash them because they smelled gross! Also, the upstairs wasn't touched except for my daughters bedroom, my shower wasn't cleaned. I have attached some pictures. Also, when hiring a "professional" cleaning company you expect the cleaner the be professional. The lady that came brought her 15 year old niece to "help", which is probably illegal. And they didn't bring half the cleaning supplies so I had to provide them including a broom and vacuum cleaner. They also wouldn't walk out in the dark by themselves so I had to walk them outside. When I contacted the company they said oh sorry, we will send the SAME LADY back out to "finish the job" but it has to be done in 5 days or we can't do anything for you. I wrote them back letting them know I was going to be out of town for 10 days and that's why I was getting it cleaned in the first place! They couldn't do anything and it was ridiculous. This was back in November 2018 and I showed pics with the date to prove it. Do NOT hire this company! Follow up- the partial refund was for all loads of laundry except 1, the 30% off that was offered to me is ridiculous, my house want cleaned why would I pay again to have it done?? And I was only offered a free cleaning(then trying to fix their mess) with the SAME people within 7 days and I was out of town and they wouldn't work for me even though their contractor working through their company did an awful job.

I asked for a pre-move in cleaning for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1700 sq ft house. I was a bit concerned when only one cleaner showed up, but Maryori was all over it and made it look easy. She finished the job in under 4 hours and the house looked great. Their attention to detail was stellar and I was extremely happy with the result. I asked for a lot to be done and I feel like their pricing was very competitive and fair. Will definitely ask them to help with another project in the near future.

WARNING -- My Experience With FG7 Cleaning LLC Tampa…read more I'm sharing my experience to help other landlords & property owners make an informed decision before hiring FG7 Cleaning LLC. I hired FG7 Cleaning LLC to perform a move-out cleaning at my rental property. Unfortunately, I was unable to personally inspect the property immediately after the cleaning was completed. I was sent photos of the finished job, & based on those photos, I believed the property had been properly cleaned & was ready for my tenant. 3 days later, my tenant moved in & contacted me about the condition of the property. She sent me photos showing that the home had not been cleaned to the standard I expected from a professional move-out cleaning. I will include those photos with this review so others can see the condition for themselves. EDIT* FG7 Cleaning LLC did offer to come back & make things right but their guaranteed time period was for only 48 hours & that time had passed since my tenant didn't move in till a day after that time. A $25 credit was offered but the offer wasnt agreeable to the condition the home was left in. FG7 had such a late response to my complaint & concerns, my tenant had already moved in & understandably, could not wait & chose to hire another company to properly clean the property. Additionally she did not want to deal with this same company. My biggest takeaway: Do not rely solely on the photos provided by the cleaners. Personally inspect the property before considering the job complete. Unfortunately I was already 500 miles away. I'm posting this review not to be unfair to the company, but to share my actual experience & warn other property owners & landlords who may be considering them for a move-out cleaning. Based on this experience, I would not use FG7 Cleaning LLC again for a move-out cleaning. Photos provided by my tenant are included below.
