When it came time to plan our recent cruise, we knew to contact Mr. King once again & he did not disappoint. As cruise newbies, he was sure to go over the entire process thoroughly & was quick to respond to any random questions that popped into our heads about the cruise. Her name was Yesem. I should also mention the most excellent driver. I believe he bent over backwards to retrieve my husband's lost bag as the airline tried to 'chase us across turkey' with the bag. Another aspect I appreciated was the small size of the group. We were a group of 10-12 on a minibus. I'd see other tour buses pull up at sights and offload 40+ people, and/or have two buses. Traveling with a smaller group makes it easier to stay on schedule, and accommodate others personal needs (eg. a quick extra bathroom stop). The hotels were all very high-end. Such an amazing trip. Highly recommended.

Captain Quinn was very knowledgeable about the wild life and ecosystem and he answered all of our questions! It was a blast and definitely on of the highlights of my vacation. I couldn't recommend CaptainQuinn and his dolphin tour enough!

The Sanford Residential Historic District was designated a U.S. Historic District on December 15, 1989. The district is bounded by Sanford Avenue, 14th Street, Elm Avenue, and 3rd Street and it contains 432 historic buildings, including the Old Fernald-Laughton Memorial Hospital and Sanford Grammar School. The Georgetown Historic District was designated a U.S. Historic District on October 8, 2020. It is historically an African-American neighborhood established around 1870 known for its historic architecture and proximity to downtown Sanford and Lake Monroe. Today among the beautiful, historic architecture you will find award-winning restaurants, craft breweries, gastropubs, shopping, vibrant art, and a marina for fishing, boating and river dinner cruises. Despite being a small group, 3 of us registered and ended up crashing a birthday celebration! The group that was there was cool about being with other people & were super welcoming! Our driver gave us all the rundown of how Limo Cycle works which involved all of us pedaling to power the vehicle, she would serve us drinks as needed (always safely pulling over), and jamming out to great music! It was a fantastic time and other than it being hot we had such a blast! We got to stop at 3 different bars which allows us to support local businesses and try new places, which we loved! You can also bring your own alcohol that is stored in a cooler but they have to be canned and unopened. The max capacity I believe is 15 people and there are 4 seats on board that don't have pedals so if you have limitations or just don't want to pedal, there are places for you to sit! I would love to come back and try this when it's not as hot, as this could be a great event with a large group or if you want to meet new people you can roll the dice with a smaller group like I did!

Our party ended up being 20 of us and we were able to share a unique link for purchasing tickets so our party was all linked together as one party. When we first boarded, there really wasn't any direction as to what to do or what we could do so we just sat down at our table and waited for someone. We weren't sure if we could or should go to the bar to order drinks or if we could walk around before dinner. It took a while (10+ minutes) for anyone to approach our table.) Once someone approached our table we ordered drinks and then walked around the boat. We went to the top deck to take some photos and watch the sunset before dinner started. Once dinner started we were able to go the buffet as munch as we wished. Since it was Italian night they had all Italian dishes, none of the dishes really stood out but nothing was bad. It was good, but not like wow! While eating they started pouring our wine samples. We got two red and two white samples and a sommelier talked us through each sample. After the first two samples they gave us a break to walk around, go to the bathroom, etc. I would have preferred a shorter break in the middle of dinner and more time in the beginning so that we could spend more time on the deck while the sun set. Tickets for this event were $65 and in my opinion it was worth it. We had a great time and it was something I could check of my bucket list!

I didn't feel like we were able to get a real show because of the location and I'm not sure it helped the queens either. They did try! Plus I appreciate that a company in the Sanford area was willing to host the show! From a river ship standpoint...the ship is showing its age and I'm not sure I heard or saw any safety protocols or briefings. I have to believe there were some because I would think that's a requirement but I must have missed it. The goldfish on the tables were a nice touch but a bit stale. Our drinks weren't weak so that was nice too. The server who came to the table was nice and able to get us what we asked for in a timely manner. Someone at our table had the pretzel and it looked decent, but I didn't try it myself.
