They did have other outlets but they were located outside. The bathrooms were clean and kept up. They have two vending machines but neither were in working order. For Orlando to be a tourist location they really need to upgrade this train station and make it more eye appealing and efficient for travelers.

Tyler and Diane were just awesome with checking in our bags, letting us know where we need to go when it's time and they even lost their stuff like our carry on while we went and got something to eat down the street. The hospital down the street has a Subway and a cafeteria. We had Subway that lost him which was awesome. Now we're just waiting on the train. No matter what anybody says the employee each year have been too nice to ask. They get 5 stars in my book.

They don't offer digital fares, in-app card purchase, or even cash purchases on the train. Like every other city on planet earth. I have never had any issues here, there's always Sunrail staff/security at the station, equipment works well and station is lit up at night. Since this is in a high-traffic area expect to see more commuters getting and off the train or even waiting for the train than in other areas, specifically during morning and afternoon rush hours on weekdays. In case you are new to using the Sunrail, it only operates during the weekdays. Occasionally on the weekend, if there's a lot going on downtown Orlando. They usually give a heads up if service will be available. Keep in mind this location doesn't have a parking lot compared to other stations.

The main female Supervisor has helped us multiple times when we have had to complain about a lot of bus drivers. There are quite a few bus drivers that have endangered my life when I am in my wheelchair and caused me to either fall or almost fall. There have been over 30 times because of certain bis drivers that My life, before and since I got my pacemaker has been put in danger when I am in my wheelchair. In my personal opinion that needs to be addressed. Also personal opinion, I think bus drivers SHOULD be given the same mandatory training on how to handle someone who is autistic that EMT's do.

Air conditioned waiting area, at least, was good, though thew ait here was significantly longer than at the Hogsmeade side. Not sure if they were just better at filling folks and moving them from IoA to USF, or just fewer people headed to USF.

In the afternoon trains run further apart and the wait can be lengthy in the Florida sun without access to a drink - or with kids, a bathroom.
