For the ladies new to the gym and little insecure about working out in front of people, there is a legit WOMEN'S GYM right when you enter the locker room area. It's a closed off area of the gym where you can work out and feel confident in doing so. Whole gym is constantly being cleaned and there are many stations that provide lemon-scented wipes with a trash bin under to keep everyone accountable of keeping their areas clean :) Men's and women's sauna rooms are separate (inside locker rooms) and have a flatscreen TV in both.
