Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier. They worked so hard over several hours. Thomas visited everyday to check progress. We felt better for having them doing the work. Thomas' demeanor and thoughtfulness kept us calm and reassured, which felt as important as the work he and his partner did. I found Ray and Alexa and Supreme Restoration Services through friends of friends of friends that had been affected. The reviews were great, I did my research some more and saw they were a fairly new company. I went with my gut - because I've been a part of start ups and they ended up being great people. Ray did the most through assessment out of all of them & answered all my questions and laughed my bad jokes - the crew was amazing and I loved being able support Cuban Americans through this too. Alexa was the one I cried to, who gave me advice and resources. I used all the people she suggested. Best of all, they don't expect payment up front - they wait until my claim is ready and will take the payment directly from the Insurance company. That's the right way to do it. They also worked closely with the public adjuster and attorney to document all of the damage. Without them taking the reins, I'm not sure what we would have done. They were at my house for a free estimate within a day. Other companies wanted to speak with me first and then tried to charge me for the estimate before even visiting my house. The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time.
