And there's a really nice lady in the office who took my hysterical (I was lying about the "semi") phone call. I have forgotten her name, though I have talked to her several time because I suck like that. She is very helpful. And pet friendly. I was worried because I have rabbits (as pets, not as an infestation) and what kills mice kills rabbits. But it wasn't an issue.
