So I took it in today for the oil change it cost $88 ( I called a place on route two & they quoted me $150 for an oil change). After inspecting my brakes they said my brakes are still good. I love that!!! No bs hustle on this girl. I did need a battery though $199 and I knew that bc I had AAA come out last night & confirm. Ford rotated my tires, put in a new battery & cleaned my cables, used full synthetic oil for my oil change, full inspection and only charged me $80 for a service fee. You can't beat that. Parked in driveway and called Flood..got Jake. Very nice,very professional. I purchased two vehicles costing in excess of $110,000. In 9/24. I Was pitched the service and extended service plans, purchased for $4700. Told I would be treated like a king. Paulette even sketched a king crown on my paperwork. Have called twice about repairs. Have called her twice. No response. None. The service seemed simple. A Mach-E recall and simple 7500 mile maintenance service on my Maverick hybrid. Requesting the pitched loaner vehicle or free ride home at both calls. Treated poorly by lady with southern accent on phone call. Treated like a child by a person calling himself the manager. No loaner car available for over a month. Fine. Called back a month later, and now they say they don't do loaner cars for "maintenance services" Well wtf was my $4700 plan payment for then? Not for the pitched rides or loaners apparently. I live 45 minutes away and hoped to solidify my purchase relationship with them before likely opting for service at a closer dealership. Now getting them to comply is my new full time job. Don't offer something you are not prepared to do! I alerted Chase my salesman about maybe bringing it up at next meeting. Who replied that they have a 50 car loaner fleet. Well great, give me one then... Or don't pitch this as a bonus when it really isnt available in a usable manner. I could've used this info while making my purchase choice instead of at service time, when relying on true statements being told at purchase time. Either sales and finance dept are lying to make add-on sales income, or the service department isn't being told of the latest sales propaganda they need to honor. But either way it stinks to be taken by these liars. I wouldn't be buying from them and will post my experiences to my IATSE Union brothers and sisters collective vendor recommendations website, so my fellow union members (fifty thousand of them) will choose other options when desiring honest exchanges with car vendors. Very courteous and answered by emails promptly. My wife was not able to come with me. They let me bring the vehicle to her. Gave me what my car was worth on trade-in. Held the vehicle for me till my funds cleared at my local bank. He went well out of his way to inform me about a mustang gt/cs i was interested in, along with providing me with recent maintenance history, and auto check reports. Sales team and management knows nothing about final stage manufacturing and up-fitting or payload. Bought an F350 dump truck that's simply not able to hold sticker payload and rubs the wheel wells when loaded. These people know absolutely nothing about up-fitting final weights, or truck capacity or capabilities and blame you when you discover your brand new dump truck can't even handle 2,400lbs of mulch when rated for almost 3,900- 4,000lbs. Their final manufacturer doesn't weigh trucks or up-fitted vans and they should pay the fines for this eventually. Called a third party up-fitter in Connecticut and was told the truck should have been re-weighed and. Evaluated after up-fit and before sale. Reported issues with the state DMV and expect them to pay the fines for their ignorance and safety/ weight issues in the near future along with their third party up-fitter whom just throws body's on the trucks and doesn't care about the math. Don't do business with this unprofessional ignorant dealership especially Mike Flood Jr.! I'll go to Raynham, Tasca etc before doing business with these idiots ever again. Had the nerve to blame me for overloading the truck and wanted me to pay for after market third party fabrication or mongrel aftermarket non OEM repairs. Maybe once they get fined and the up-fitted trucks on their lot are reported for incorrect capacity labels they might do the right thing in the future or take things more seriously. This dealership will waste your valuable time and money on vehicles that simply don't weigh or aren't capable of performing. Flood Ford Let me start off by saying I went to a ton of dealerships looking for my new pickup. Originally I had a Nissan frontier but it was time to upgrade something more spacious easier to work out of with added features so of course I went for a Ford 150. I went to a couple different dealerships including Tasca first and because I'm a plumber and may have not been dressed well enough I couldn't get the time of day which was freaking annoying. When I showed up to this dealership I was immediately greeted I was told that the sales person that I wanted to see was unavailable but that they could have somebody else show me the vehicle I wanted to see I chose to wait which was the best decision I could've made because Shannon was the best sales lady I have ever worked with she was not pushy. She never tried to upsell and it really seemed like she cared for exactly what I was looking for she went above and beyond we spent hours looking at vehicles sometimes not even talking about the vehicle she kept the entire process Super calm and enjoyable. I found the perfect car for me!! I will definitely be using this dealership in the future!! Now on a side note: there is this finance person named PAULETTE, The second I met her she was impolite had an attitude and was incredibly aggressive. After spending hours with my sales person feeling awesome about the transaction about to happen she completely destroyed that feeling within minutes of meeting her. I decided to take a shot and requested to the manager for a different finance person. I was then brought to Joe Pezza he was happy and upbeat he asked specific questions and stayed happy the entire time he brought the joy back to the sale honestly I don't know what her problem is but she needs a different job maybe one that she doesn't have human communication with! She then called back to say it was available. I made an appointment with Rob Bell to come in the next day. Rob called me this morning to confirm. I missed his call but called him back to let him know exactly when I would be there. I was there exactly when I said but Rob was busy, then denied that I had returned his call and walked off. I made it clear before my vehicle was inspected that I was looking to lock in an offer and could not sell until two days later. I was told that was acceptable. The offer I was given was less than the online consultation by approximately $1,000. I recently bought a 30K Tacoma from flood Ford . I traveled over an hour to get there. When  I applied for financing through flood , it was with the understanding that I would finance through my own credit union if flood couldn't beat my interest rate of 1.99% . Mr. V couldn't match my credit union Interest rate & when I informed him that I was going to go thu my own credit union, his attitude changed . I applied  through my  credit union with the purchase & sales document provided from flood Ford, Only to be informed that flood messed up the purchase & sales document . This caused me to make another hour trip (1 way) back to flood.  Fast forward to the closing with Mr .V . He informs me that they cannot transfer my CT plates from my old vehicle to the new one . Today I received my documents in the mail from flood with a handwritten note to self-register . Who wants to spend time at the dmv registering a car that you are buying from a dealership?  When I questioned it , my salesman informed me that flood Ford dealership is capable of transferring out of state plates . Gave it one star because I don't see an option for a negative star. I've been a Ford guy all my life. I've owned a few F 150's and three mustangs, including two I've restored from the ground up. I LOVE FORDS. I can tell you firsthand that the service department is deplorable. When they tell you a vehicle will be done in a day or two and it hasn't even been looked at by the third day it's ridiculous. Not even a courtesy call. I know it's going to take another day or two after they looked at it because the part needed wasn't in stock. Took the car back and did the repair myself. I've had problems here with extended stays for simple repairs on fleet vehicles in the past too. I kept going back for more punishment because of brand loyalty. My wife and I are both due for new vehicles in the fall and despite the sales reputation being good, I won't buy there because of the service department. Instead of a new Expedition and new F 150 I guess it's going to be a new Dodges or Chevys. They can forget about the fleet business too. read more

After they were unable to patch a tire, they were able to get a replacement for cheaper than BJ's Tire Center. I had a longer than expected wait but they genuinely apologized. After completing the service, they left a complimentary hand sanitizer in my car! These little things make a huge difference. read more

My husband and I just purchased a BRAND NEW F-150 XLT! Upon purchase we decided to have the dealership install a back up camera and a break controller (for towing our camper), with the confidence that we'd be getting genuine Ford products. However if I would have known the products they were installing was something I could buy myself at Walmart or on Amazon I would never have had them added for an additional 1K! With luck and the help of a sales manager I was able to return the back up camera, and the break controller was switched out to to the one that is built into the dashboard VS something you get installed at Uhaul. One of my seats had the stitching coming apart and after a few attempts, the issue has been resolved. Overall after a few bumps in the road my experience at Flood took a turn for the better, thanks to Jason. read more

What took 12 minutes at Honda took over 3 hours according to Flood...with an appointment. Second trip for them to put on my inspection sticker took 50 minutes with an appointment (already had inspection- they just had to look at my new wiper blades and look at my Sideview mirror to make sure it was not cracked anymore). Don't ever buy a car from this place. I just dropped $3500 to have them fix the turbo on my car which took 2+ weeks because the maintenance department is so overwhelmed they couldn't get it done. I even had the guy tell me they were short because people called out the day after a big sports event. Then... a few months later the turbo broke and they were going to "squeeze me in" early- IN TWO WEEKS. It's been like this since I bought the car. Everyone I know has the same experience. They sell you the warranties and then can't see your car for a month plus. Even paying customers can't get an appointment for weeks. I guess they expect their customers can just ride their bike for 14+ days until they are ready to accommodate them! read more

Just left Flood Ford without a vehicle. This is my second experience with the company, I should have know things wouldn't have changed much in the past 8 years. My husband and I saw an ad for a specific deal which fit our newly tight budget given our toddler, a new house AKA money pit and baby #2 on the way in 3 weeks. Always skeptical of ads, my husband called to verify details and to ensure that this was worth the 40 minute drive. We showed up knowing exactly what we wanted and left because they couldn't deliver on their ad. Flood Ford advertises "no haggling" well FYI it's not the case. After the annoying "no haggling" back and forth of "here's where we're at" and "let me see what I can do's" the dealership was still well over the advertised price. The crowning moment though was when the manager had the audacity to say "well it works out to only $60 more a month". Guess what *explicit*...that's $720 that I'd prefer in my pocket and not in yours. I really wish there was a -1 star . This is by far the worst I have ever been treated by any business in my life. As a business owner myself, I take pride in making sure all my customers are happy. I took one of my commercial vehicles for my business in to have a head gasket replaced. I was told it was going to cost around $7000. As the week went by I got three calls saying that the truck needed some other parts. I agreed to the price and told them to move forward. Now I'm up to $10,700 . Three weeks went by and I was taking this vehicle up 95 north. All of a sudden the oil light came on so I moved to the side of the highway. I got off the highway as fast as I possibly could . At that point the engine was making a knocking noise. I ended up towing the truck back to Flood because I had a two year warranty on the engine after their work. After just spending $10,700 on the repairs my engine completely fell apart. But at least I had the peace of mind knowing that they would fix it. Nope! They went through the truck and said that none of that was their fault and now I'm stuck with a truck with a blown engine and a big F U ! Not to mention I just bought a F 350 from them for $52,000. Please do yourself a huge favor and go to Tasca or any other dealership in the New England area. read more

When I brought it in (a few minutes early) Amanda stated it would be an 1 hour 45 mins. Her tone with me at the counter was crass. We just had the truck serviced after driving across country and were informed that the rotors were warped and rusted, brakes were down to 1/32" and needed to be changed. The (ford) service were surprised that a dealer would sell us a truck in such condition because going thru pads in 6 months just didn't seem likely. I left my vehicle there on a Monday for a simple internal computer issue with my Crown Victoria (lights would not shut off) that should have taken no more then 30 minutes to fix. I was ignored for every day that I call so I decided to go into service dept and see what's going on. Once there I realised what a circus show it was in there of no organization, employees bickering with each other and the young man who apparently was the service mgr completely IGNORED us and we were standing right in front of him. Bought a used 2015 Escape. Trouble from the start. Four trips back to fix a windshield wiper issue. two $100.00 deductible charges to fix it and still nothing. A $12.00 Windshield wiper refill did. I got rear ended, in January and have had nothing but trouble since. Rear end, grinding noise, exhaust, tranny. They said they'd fix it under my extended warranty, THAT IS, if any of what I complained of was under the warranty, IF NOT, I pay. ISSUE AFTER ISSUE. Call service and get an answering machine or worse, hung up on. Had to open a complaint with Ford Customer service. I don't expect that will go anywhere. Involving the Atty General and BBB. I am a disabled vet, with poor credit and get treated like crap because of that. If it were a new $40,000.00 vehicle they'd bend over backwards. If I could give this place a MINUS STAR I WOULD. BTW never, EVER, use their collision center. Thats where my problems started and they won't own up to it. read more

Our previous experience had been very positive, so after comparing reviews of vehicles, we settled on an Escape. The incentives were good, Ford financing is VERY good right now and the features were right for us. I was first in contact with April via their online sales, then Chris was our salesperson at the dealership. He fit our needs very well. Low key, helpful and patient when we had to search for the right combination of features on an in-stock vehicle (we weren't interested in ordering one). Great service, really made my day. Went in for an oil change (first one on my new car) at their Quicklane facility across the street, it actually kind of made my day. The staff was really nice, they made me feel well taken care of even though i could tell it was super busy. The waiting room was exceedingly comfortable and nicely furnished and that high speed wifi was amazing. They had me out of there within 40 minutes which (considering they changed my oil and rotated my tires, along with a quick visual inspection) was awesome. But the real cherry on top was that it was all free because i bought the car from Flood Ford. They gave me less than other dealers for my trade and then they tried charging me 7 percent interest when the going rate is 4 percent. Worst of all is their sales manager Dave Cathey, who tries to make it like he's doing you a favor by giving you a great deal when he's trying to pork you every which way. He gave me prices that were more expensive than what they were advertising online and made it like it was a great deal, and yes it was for the same vehicle (same stock number, i checked).
