This place is amazing. We came on a Friday morning and it was not busy at all. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and I probably would have sat down with a consultant if I didn't already have a pretty good idea of what I want. There are so many incredible options to choose from. We are remodeling a house right now, including floor tile, shower tile, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, as well as backsplashes. I'm also redoing two small powder baths in over-the-top fun tile, so it was fun to see the things I've been planning up close. There are still a few higher end tiles I can't get here, but they're mural tiles from a specialty collection, so I didn't really expect to see those in person. They have DIY-classes, helpful staff who can answer questions, and something for every taste and price range. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're even thinking of doing any kind of remodel. It's honestly just fun to go poke around. read more

I ordered a glass shower door online from Floor and Decor. The door was shipped by TForce Freight and arrived shattered. I called customer service at Floor and Decor and was told they are not responsible and I would have to file a claim with the freight company. The freight company has be jumping thru hoops and hasn't responded to my emails. I have called them twice and can't get a call back. Floor and Decor will not help in any way! Long story short, I've had several issues on my very first visit! Been trying to get a hold of the store manager and regional manager, no one has been able to get this issue corrected. OR return my call. Extremely upset with my experience. We will not be moving forward in our expansion/ renovations with them. Long story, but first of all, this place has culture and customer service problems. Anyways my company is expanding through several locations and building a new corporate location. We placed an order at this location with Lance for a specific quartz tile because we have a project that was already started with the same tile. As soon as I get there to pay for the order, it was already messed up ENTIRELY! They tried charging me for 1400 square feet rather than the 140 the order was placed for. Thought it was a simply fat-finger mistake so I overlook and they voided the transaction. It didn't seem to be something that was out of the ordinary around here. They took a bit to round the order and put it in my car. I meet with the contractors as they started to unpack and realized this wasn't our order!! I called to let them know I was returning and Pro Services hung up on me twice and couldn't get through any other department.. terribly customer service. Pretty frustrated being that I wasted all that time and just to go back and waste more gas during thick traffic time... I got back we get it unpacked. I talked to one of the store managers, Jeremy, on his way out for the day which is something that was made apparent. Everyone has stressful days, overlooked, whatever. He said they would waive the shipping cost if they didn't have it in stock which they "always have on hand" - my luck, they were out. Daisha and Verdeen called around to find what I needed (keep in mind this was an order for a project that was suppose to start tomorrow). During that time I was given the personal cell phone number of the Store Manager and the Regional Vice President, which is the first time that has ever happened at any establishment I've ever been to. I called both twice since this was more so an emergency because the project was tomorrow. No one answer. I left VM and no one returned. Daisha found what I needed was in Tulsa. I was thinking Jeremy was gonna get it all taken care of as far as shipping to get everything corrected for me. I was told I was gonna get majority of my price waived due to all the issues I've had and shipping taken care of (at least that's what they were telling me I deserved) .... coincidentally Tulsa location couldn't do shipping because it was a new store. No one offered to go get it or anything, which most places do especially considering everything I've gone through so far. It was close to close, I haven't heard back for any manager, and I still have no resolution. I'm running out of time, I had no option but to choose from what they had. I pick the next closest thing. They contact Jeremy about how to handle the sale after the discounts a was told I would be receiving - he don't approve anything to be done as it wasn't their fault they didn't have the right tile in stock after my order was placed for this tile. I leave with no resolution, no tile, and no call back. Needless to say but our company will no longer be using this company for anything. read more

We are redoing the kitchen backsplash and i googled our caulk we needed. I had two options: 1. Lowes pay $22 per bottle or this place had The exact same option for seven dollars!! I placed my order online and chose store pick up, I got an email confirmation within a few hours stating that the order was ready for pick up. The store is very hidden it's behind the at home store if you type in their physical address it will take you to the wrong location and you'll drive around like an idiot and have to call the store which is what i had to do. I wish in their email they mentioned that pickup is a different location and you don't even need to go inside the actual physical store front of the store. After getting back in my car and driving around i am in the store pickup side everything is super clean free large ice machine for any contractors buying items and soda machines. I waited for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence then when i did i got someone who didn't know what they were doing had to find someone else... Ten min later a different associate came saying no order was under that name not very friendly, luckily i had my email confirmation and there was my order under same name. I feel like some of the employees don't know how to work different areas of the store. Amazing prices and very clean facility just have patience. read more

Floor & Decor Customer service is awful. I ordered tile with the necessary items to lay it. I also ordered delivery, as I am 74yr old disabled vet. Well, the items were delivered, but left where half was in my garage, and the other half in my driveway. When I complained and asked for compensation back due to having someone come and break down the pallet so the items could be placed in my garage, i got nothing but the run around, saying that now, I should have known they only deliver it to the curb. I told them nothing on their website when I purchased these items said that. Then, I had left over items not needed for the job. I called the store and they told me I had to call Tulsa store as they do not take them back. I called, and they do not either. Got a lot of run-a-round. Finally went back to website, and it says I can take to any Floor and Decor because of on-line purchase. I called back to OKC store and after advising them of this, a manager finally agreed I could bring them back to them. What a hassle, and mess. Never again will I shop at Floor and Decor. I advise anyone who does, be careful! know that you will run into issues at some point. No one there takes responsibility for anything! read more

Great manager that assisted me when I couldn't find the tile I had hoped to purchase (It was all sold by the time I tried to purchase it). Chad was his name and I highly recommend asking for him if you need somebody that knows the store well and has the ability to arrange the purchase and pick-up. I also had excellent service the day before from Danielle Chapa. She works in the design department and she is very good at making suggestions on ideas of what you are trying to accomplish on your project. Both Chad and Danielle were great at using my measurements in order to determine the amount of tile needed. I'll be back and will continue to recommend them to everyone because their prices and their service is far above competitors. read more

Good prices and a large variety to choose from, but the customer service here is lacking. I've been into the store several times and get the impression that I'm wasting the time of the employees when I ask questions or need assistance. I'm asking questions because I don't know anything about tile. That's why I'm at a tile store...so a little kindness and a positive attitude would go a long way. I love this place! I am designer and home builder, and have shopped in pretty much every flooring store out there and this place is now my go-to. Angie (designer) is a God send and has saved me so much time and energy. My schedule was extremely busy last week so I contacted Angie to schedule her with one of my clients. I sent her some photos of the design concept and gave her a budget to work with. This client has eccentric taste so I was a bit concerned about what we would end up with! It turns out I had nothing to worry about. Angie helped her pick out some beautiful pieces that complemented our design perfectly and stayed within the budget. My client had nothing but great things to say about Angie and was over the moon with her choices. I scheduled an appointment this afternoon with Angie to go over a few things for an upcoming project and to place a backsplash order. She was again helpful as always and quick to offer suggestions. The only complaint that I have is that we were constantly interrupted by other store employees one whom I think may have been a manager, needing her help or saying they had other clients waiting. She assured me that I didn't need to rush but I did feel guilty about the other people waiting so I ended up leaving before I had everything picked out. I'm not sure if Angie is the only designer there but I definitely think they need more people or the other staff should be more available to help. It seemed that there were many employees sitting around, at or near the pro desk doing nothing. All in all, I still love this store. They have the biggest selection and some very beautiful options to keep up to date with the newest trends. Pickup is easy and can be scheduled through the app. They don't offer builder/designer discounts which stinks but they do have a points system for rewards and such. The prices are pretty good and quality varies. I do recommend checking your orders and actually putting an eye on the tiles as the quality control is sometimes lacking in production. Luckily you can return any single tile so if you come across something messed up (ie: glue all over the stackable stone, bowed tile) just pull it out and return it. read more

I'm a builder and have accounts with several places around the metro. That being said, I'm not impressed with my first experience using Floor & Decor. The item I wanted was listed in stock on the website. After talking with an employee they found it wasn't in stock, but it was in stock at a store about 2 hours away. I was told the item could be delivered next day, or 2nd day at most, for a shipping fee of $100. I was on a time crunch so I opted for the shipping to allow me time to prep my job site instead of spending a full day driving to and from another store. Next day I check my order status via the app, it says still fulfilling. I check the 2nd day on the app same story. I call the store and no one answers, I leave a message. No one calls me back. 3rd day I call and someone tells me the item is in the store but hasn't been "received" and that it should be ready by 3pm. I call back at 3 can't get ahold of anyone. Check the app it says still fulfilling. We're now at a weekend. I call back Monday, and I'm told that the other store had sold the tile, that I had pre paid for, to someone else. They tell me they are going to have it shipped from another store and I would be notified when it comes in. 2 more days go by I receive no notifications or calls. Check the app it says the tile is ready for pickup. Next day I drive to the store to find a sign on the window that the store is closed because of weather. I drove 20 miles on perfectly fine roads traveling 70mph most of the way. Check the app and it's allowing me to schedule a pickup same day. Communication at this store is not good, integration with the app is not good. Some of the customer service people are not good, others were helpful. After missing two deadlines on the same job, I will probably only use floor and decor as a last result for future projects. read more

They have a large selection of flooring/wall options. HOWEVER, the store is poorly managed. We made had a 1:00 appointment with a design specialist. We checked in with the manager a couple of times. Finally after 40 minutes of waiting we got up to leave. The manager saw us and paged the design specialist with no response. Then he told us the other design specialist called and told him he/she was not coming in. I'm not sure why nobody told us. After waiting 40 minutes with the manager repeatedly assuring us that the design specialist was with another customer, the truth came out that the specialist wasn't coming in and wasn't there. He was surprised that we were upset after waiting 40 minutes and being lied to. He also didn't seem to care that we were upset. SHABBY customer service. read more

There's a lot of choices... and several price points... however my wife and I went to go look at flooring and they started blocking off every aisle. I know Lowes will block off an aisle to get their lifts in there... but this was every aisle. We had 2 hours left until closing and could hardly look at anything. I'm not sure how they expected us to find anything by blocking aisles. read more

This is the worst place to ever buy flooring they made me order on line I called first they said they had the flooring in stock I could pick up at 2 today them they never called I called them they said they were wrong and it could be one to two weeks before it gets here I stated because they said it was there I paid a crew to move furniture and rip carpet up, now I have to pay them to put furniture back and live on concrete for two weeks I asked for a discount because when the flooring comes back I have to pay the crew again to come back and a very rude manager said sorry you can cancel the order but we will not discount the order I said should stand out front with a sign to let them know how bad they are and he said he would arrest me he never once tried to help never was sympathetic to my problem that they caused and he basically said take it or leave it. Also when I purchased the original flooring 4 weeks ago that I am trying to match today not one person would help us and when they finally did the guy told me they are not really trained and I can just pick the price I can afford and buy that not anything about which is the best choice frankly I will never shop there again I have to leave my order open because I have to have the flooring to match what I have already purchased from these cheap ass no customer service idiots so yes they have me over a barrel and could care less so please read this and never go in there maybe we can shut them down and show them the customer service especially in this day and age is still something they should offer complete idiots They said they would have someone call me but that never happened my point proved read more

We have purchased tiles here twice for pick up the first time there were many broken tiles wrapped up they did sort through them and replace them the second order most of the boxes were ripped open or the bottom was ripped out they made no attempt to tape the boxes back up and doesn't seem like the order pickers take care and the merchandise and presentation for the customers. read more

First trip: 50 mins, spent $600+ in tile and a counter top. Not one employee asked if we needed help. Cashier was friendly but under trained. Told they could deliver, then that they could not. Took tile then and was to return next day with truck for counter top. Second trip: did not have an A frame, told to come back with one. Always in stock counter was not available. (Was not told to have a frame) Third trip: One week later, They could not find my order, still no counter top in stock anyways and told it would be weeks. Fourth trip: three weeks later, no counter top, told to wait a month. Fifth Trip: four more weeks later and web site states they have had 4 in stock. Was never called they were in stock weeks prior. Shown the counter top and it is not the one ordered, All four are wrong, but I am so pissed at waiting two months for it and not knowing the right one will ever come in, I lie and say it is fine. They get the top by fork lift and smash a corner into the ground chipping it. Screw it, I will just not use that side. They put it crooked on A frame, crack counter top, F it, will not 'water fall' the counter and just put in the minimum. Finally get it home and realize if I had used all of the top or needed to, the back splash is 3" too short (silver lining). Will never go back. During my 2 month wait spent about $2300 at Home Depot and Lowes in tile and tools I could have bought from them. read more
