She was patient and very knowledgeable. I met with her twice and we also interacted over the phone. She was lovely and understanding when I had to reschedule our appointments a few times because of our child being sick. My husband wanted to go with a glossy countertops and I agreed when we placed the order. Afterwards I had a change of heart after realizing how shiny the kitchen may look since we were using a lot of stone. Karen was able to change our order to a natural matte finish and made it very easy. I was so scared it was too late as it was our fault and she let me know not to worry at all and that the change would be taken care of. Karen saved our kitchen design and we are so thankful for her. It was also an easy communication between Imperial Tile & Stone with our fabricators and contractor. Not only do our countertops and backsplash look beautiful but they are incredibly easy to take care of! They are also heat proof too so I don't have to worry when enjoying my hot tea in the morning.

Not only do they have nearly everything that every other store has, but also variations and often cheaper. Shopping for tile can be overwhelming. I normally don't like working with sales people since I know what I want - but that was until I met Yasser at Superior Tile. Immediately Yasser knew what I was going for and started to show me appropriate options. He has a deep understanding of what the store offers and showed me options that fit my style. Because he's a designer (and brilliant artist!) too, he was able to make a daunting shopping trip into a quick decision trip. If you're going to Superior Tile, I highly recommend working with Yasser - I have no doubt his colleagues are good too - but I continue to have a great experience with Yasser from shopping to communications to delivery to follow up. He's fantastic! And finally, tile stores often give me a headache, too disorganized and overwhelming with too many options. We had purchased our quartz slabs through our local tile guy, and he and his team immediately picked them up and got started on fabricating. Kevin was so precise in his measurements and took time to ensure everything was a perfect fit. Further, he provided good suggestions for us (e.g. using the extra piece for the window ledge, and using steel support versus wood for the overhanging counter so the wood wouldn't show) that made our kitchen even more beautiful. If there was one thing we would do differently, we would have contacted Kevin sooner and purchased our slabs through him as he could have saved us some money. Highly recommend Kevin and his team! Even though we swear to never go through another renovation, if we were to have to do this again in the future, we would definitely go with West Coast! (For scale, both our kitchen island & window cabinets are 15 feet long)
