Mike Smith of the company inspected the issue proposed a fix that included a drainage system and sump pump. He also assured me that they could take care what ever issue they may find down there. When the three man crew arrived and introduced themselves and the supervisor outlined what they would be doing and when they expected to complete the job. The supervisor, Efrain, and Salvador and Eddie gave me confidence I was in great hands. Now this is something you hardly ever hear anyone say anymore; but I have never seen three men work so hard and professionally as those three did. Efrain kept me totally abreast of the progress with before and after videos. I know I have restricted myself in the past to restaurant reviews as my wife and I are foodies. But I learned there are "artists" in other fields of work as well. Swain Co and their people are one class act as ND I would hghly recommend them for any crawl space, foundation or basement issues. I live 3,000 miles from the house, and cannot babysit the workers, and they took advantage, and I feel scammed. It has been two months since the last communication. I have called, text and emailed Jacob, and my cousin found him and asked him to call me, and he said he would, but no call has been made. His workers broke into the garage at the house and ransacked personal items in boxes. The debris that they took out of the house was just piled up between the house and garage, causing a safety issue, and the inside of the house is a mess, with work that was done, not satisfactory. He literally has scammed me, and does not have the professional stature to man up and contact me.
