They worked non-stop until their lunch break, removing both current and past two floors. They cleaned up all the mess and carried off the old flooring. Our quarter round was badly worn, so they replaced it with oak stained brown that perfectly highlighted the cabinets. We're delighted that they will be installing our new carpeting in early January. I hired Floorever over 9 months ago to redo our pool deck and main entry walk way. The main entry…read moreway looks nothing like what we had agreed on both color and style. The pool deck is still in shambles now 9 months later. It is uneven, colors dont match, bubbling and breaking all over. Every time I bring something to their attention they "patch" it and it looks even worse. Most recently I was told they would take away the entire surface and they would start over again then when they started to do it I was told they decided not to do that and would be doing "patchwork" again. The owner came and personally saw the entire deck prior to telling us he could do the job and providing a quote, now he is telling me I need to fix water issues before he will do anything else? Even better, HE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL (more than I was even quoted) and my pool deck is completely unfinished and looking absolutely horrific. To top it all off, we are trying to sell the house and have lost numerous potential clients due to the appearance of this less than poor quality work. Over 9 months to resurface a pool deck? I've tried and tried to resolve this with the owner before posting this review but it remains unresolved, I can not wait any longer for it to be fixed and quite honestly dont trust the work even if it was fixed.

We worked with John and Daniel to have carpets installed in the bedrooms and a beautiful stone floor throughout our common rooms, with minimal grout (1/16")! I admire my floors every day!! Then, they tiled our masterbath shower, floor and walls. Now we are looking into pavers for our back yard. Both John and Daniel have become our professional consultants when considering home and yard improvements. I respect their work and highly recommend their services!
