I do not typically write reviews on company's, especially as I own a small business myself and…read moreunderstand how difficult that can be and I always want to give every company the benefit of the doubt and time to make things right. Unfortunately, Floors to your home has treated my wife and I with such poor service that I have to let other families know so that that they do not get scammed the way we have. A few months back we ordered about 2200 square ft of flooring from Floors to your home to be shipped to our house. These were floors were advertised as "final liquidation." The floors were marked as B grade which we knew and were prepared for which is why we bought significantly more than what we needed to be able to discard some of the unusable pieces, standard practice. These floors arrived marked with a Green pen mark on each and every board (see picture below). Every single board, the full 2200 sq ft, were marked. My contractors tried 15 different ways to remove the stain without success, the wood is unusable. Essentially Floors to your home sold my wife and I wood planks marked for the trash. They very clearly packaged up trash from prior boxes and sold it to us. We contacted the company several times regarding this issue. They told us to use acetone to remove it (which we tried obviously) to no avail. We even sent the company a video of us trying to remove the stain with acetone. They then responded saying they found some random boards in their warehouse with the green paint, so they tried acetone and admitted it didn't work. Their recommend solution after all of this was to find different wood from their company and they will credit us the difference, but only if we spend more money with them. My wife is absolutely crushed by this experience with this company and their complete disregard for us, their customers. The most recent communication from Floors to your home is "we will return your unused wood but we need to pick it up and charge you $1200 to ship it back" I assume this is so they can resell it to the next unsuspecting customer and I felt it was important to warn anyone looking to purchase here. We paid $1200 to ship it the first time (which this company will not refund or help us on) and $1200 to return it. That $2400 makes up over 50% of what we paid for this wood. This is always my last resort and again I would never seek to write a review in a negative fashion about any company unless it is absolutely warranted and feel that the general public is at risk if they work with said company. In this case, please save yourself the heart break and disappointment of trying to renovate your home with brand new floors only to be sold product ear marked for the trash with no assistance to solve the problem.

WOW!!! What a different house now!!! We have a 110 year old…read morefarmhouse and it had disgusting carpet and old vinyl flooring that was more than 25 years old. Brian and Ray came out and put new vinyl sheeting down and JUST WOW!!!! It was 7 1/2 days of work for these poor guys because they had to tear up old nasty carpeted floors, put new sub floor down, level floors because they were just so uneven(as much as an inch and a half) but they did an AMAZING JOB. From the start of the project with Jamie who came out and measured, met us at the company and showed us the flooring, and to the end product with Ray and Brian who are very nice, professional, and easy going, it was just a great experience. I also want to thank Athena who I talked with at the company and on the phone. She is very sweet and helpful as well. The guys put trim down around our fireplace hearth tiles and where the foyer meets the dining room. And it was just a great call on their end to use the wood trim for the foyer and the black painted for the fireplace tiles. You want a job done, get Reardons Flooring!! We actually told them we wanted them back after the first of the year(2026)to put flooring down in 2 more rooms for us!!! They've got our business as long as they stay in business!!! Thank you Reardons!!!

He said it was not a problem since we'd discussed the areas to repair and the cleaning needed. Because I wasn't there, he missed one of the repair spots that I'd originally contacted him about in 2023 when my dog first did it soon after I moved in. Back story is he said "I'd recommend you wait until you move out because you'll likely have more areas by the time you move out and I can do multiple areas for just a little more cost." Wow! I thought what a nice honest guy! Back to him missing the original spot, I contacted him to say he missed a spot. He said that he didn't know about that repair. I showed him the text from March 17 2026 at 12:37pm. He said I don't have a text from 2023 wouldn't help and wasn't sent from the same number (It was but we'd also discussed it in March 2026 and that's the text I sent him - not the one from 2023. He said I can come back out but you have to pay me another $100 for my time. He also commented that he lives all the way up in Noblesville which is an hour drive, which isn't relevant since he agreed to do the service. I said "I really can't pay more than the $480 I already paid for the carpet repair and cleaning." He said "I can't help you." and stopped responding even after I said I guess I have to pay you because this has to be done in a few days. No response! I had to work to find someone within a few days. I hired The Carpet Man and they took care of me. After it all I realized that the carpet wasn't cleaned well because I noticed two spots that he clearly didn't work to remove. We hadn't even seen these spots prior to the cleaning! The essential oils also smelled weird over time. At first they were nice but as it dried it smelled kind of weird. I wish I'd called Stanley Steemer for the cost and overall service but needed both cleaning and repairs, which they don't do. Moral of the story - get a scope of work/estimate on the company letterhead in a pdf via email ahead of time. I trusted the text convo and got burned! However, courts accepts text conversations as evidence. So there's that.

They said there was a note in my case. The "scratch Resistant" floors are NOT covered under warranty. It's literally 2 panels that need to be replaced and they won't cover it. The sale rep. also was pushy and lifted up his shirt in front of my wife to wipe some sweat. Not a sleeve wipe, a full on here's my belly/chest wipe. Their customer service people are great but anyone actually responsible in the company is insanely hard to reach by phone. They rarely reply to messages left and they purposely postpone appointments to push through warranty time limits. They are criminal in their pricing and should be removed from the Better Business Bureau! Do not get drawn in by their charming sales reps. It's all show and no substance! I have been fighting for almost two years to get the $4,000 floor I purchased right! It's infuriating. I am disabled and am at risk for falls.
