I was looking to get my main floor redone. It was a combination of faded/worn hardwood and nasty…read morecarpet and I wanted to reolace it with vinyl PVC planks. I contacted them through a Facebook message and set up an appointment with them to install. The quote was relatively easy to get, as they use flat rate pricing, per square foot on the flooring and per foot on baseboards, quarter round and caulking. You will need to provide the flloring, which I kind of prefer for a couple of reasons. First, it gives me a better selection. I am not limited to what brands are sold by the installer. And second, some installers mark up the price. I was free to find marked down and wholesale planks. I ended up getting about 1,000 square feet from Menards. Gordon and Shawn were awesome. Gordon my be young, but is still very knowledgeable about flooring. My floor was not the easiest to install with all the angles, the cabinets and an island mounted on top of the hard word flooring that was being taken out, the baseboards being high, the area where the carpet was not having an quarter round and a couple of spots in the floor being unleveled. He was able to take care of all of those issues an any other one that we came across, which actually surprised me. Gordon and his team are very dedicated to their craft and getting the job done right. There was some quater round that I needed done around a support beam. It was a very small job, about 5 to 6 feet needed to be done. He came out the. next day and took care of it. He has very reasonable pricing and if you can take care of some things on your own, you can save a few bucks. I did the floor removal and disposal myself. However, he does offer those services for those that cannot do it. He also can sub-contract post house clean up services. And it will get messy with all the dust from the sub floor. I had a hole in a wall in my garage and Shawn was able to repair it for me after they had installed the floor. That was an added bonus and I had been waiting to get this hole repaired for months. It was a life saver. Even with all of the aforementioned issues with installing my flooring, it could not have been installed or looked better. I was very pleased with how everything turned out. Gordon is top notch and I will be using his company again to install a new floor on my house's upstairs. I cannot say enough about Gordon and his team. They are honest, hardworking, up front, dedicated, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend this business for any of your flooring needs.

Carpet in a bathroom is insane!) The fellows removed and disposed of the carpet. They installed the new tile quickly and efficiently. Due to our tight schedule restraints, they offered to finish up the grouting that Saturday even though they don't do jobs on the weekends. The final result is beautiful and the owner is very friendly. We will use them for our next job for sure.

Brian and Ray came out and put new vinyl sheeting down and JUST WOW!!!! It was 7 1/2 days of work for these poor guys because they had to tear up old nasty carpeted floors, put new sub floor down, level floors because they were just so uneven(as much as an inch and a half) but they did an AMAZING JOB. From the start of the project with Jamie who came out and measured, met us at the company and showed us the flooring, and to the end product with Ray and Brian who are very nice, professional, and easy going, it was just a great experience. I also want to thank Athena who I talked with at the company and on the phone. She is very sweet and helpful as well. The guys put trim down around our fireplace hearth tiles and where the foyer meets the dining room. Had not happened in the past but ok. Was also told the kind of carpet I have cannot have stains removed, but it worked before??The worker talked way too much and wasted a lot of time when he could have been working. I paid $425 for cleaning 5 rooms and a stairway. I was told I was not charged for stain removal so it is not guaranteed. Their employee talked about everything but my carpet and did not explain anything about stain removal. My carpet is old and I had realistic expectations, but have gotten much better results in the last two years with this company. I would have paid more to get it done right. I will not ever bother using their services again.

He said it was not a problem since we'd discussed the areas to repair and the cleaning needed. Because I wasn't there, he missed one of the repair spots that I'd originally contacted him about in 2023 when my dog first did it soon after I moved in. Back story is he said "I'd recommend you wait until you move out because you'll likely have more areas by the time you move out and I can do multiple areas for just a little more cost." Wow! I thought what a nice honest guy! Back to him missing the original spot, I contacted him to say he missed a spot. He said that he didn't know about that repair. I showed him the text from March 17 2026 at 12:37pm. He said I don't have a text from 2023 wouldn't help and wasn't sent from the same number (It was but we'd also discussed it in March 2026 and that's the text I sent him - not the one from 2023. He said I can come back out but you have to pay me another $100 for my time. He also commented that he lives all the way up in Noblesville which is an hour drive, which isn't relevant since he agreed to do the service. I said "I really can't pay more than the $480 I already paid for the carpet repair and cleaning." He said "I can't help you." and stopped responding even after I said I guess I have to pay you because this has to be done in a few days. No response! I had to work to find someone within a few days. I hired The Carpet Man and they took care of me. After it all I realized that the carpet wasn't cleaned well because I noticed two spots that he clearly didn't work to remove. We hadn't even seen these spots prior to the cleaning! The essential oils also smelled weird over time. At first they were nice but as it dried it smelled kind of weird. I wish I'd called Stanley Steemer for the cost and overall service but needed both cleaning and repairs, which they don't do. Moral of the story - get a scope of work/estimate on the company letterhead in a pdf via email ahead of time. I trusted the text convo and got burned! However, courts accepts text conversations as evidence. So there's that.
