I always make it a point to visit Kacie when I'm in town and since I've been experiencing shoulder pain for three months due to a workout injury, the timing worked out perfectly. She started off with gua sha which is my best frenemy. It's a little uncomfortable but has instant results. I've experienced the magic of Kacie's gua sha before and it did not disappoint again. The next treatment was cupping which feels like your muscles are being given room to take a deep breath, relax, and settle back in. Initially I was apprehensive about acupuncture but my back and leg pain was so unbearable that it seemed liked a good option to try. I have a bulging disc and some stenosis. I already had a cortisone epidural and some physical therapy with slight improvement and the pain management doctor told me that next step was surgery. I went into see Kacie because I was experiencing tension in the shoulders and neck. She First did cupping on the area which I felt immediate Releaf and finished with acupuncture . It was a very easy and relaxing experience. The salon of very clean and I enjoyed the experience. Where do I start with my thoughts on Kacie and Flora Fauna? I simply don't think there are enough words of gratitude and appreciation of how she has transformed my life. I first came to Kacie when I was at a low point in my life. Covid long hauler, chronic sciatica pain from Covid for over 2.5 years, unexplained weight gain and just not feeling happy or like myself. My main goal was to get out of pain, but what Kacie gave me was so much more than that. She has given me my life back. First appointment and I can say I felt like I was talking to an old friend. She listened to every symptom, issue I was having without any judgement and with so much compassion and patience. From there we started off with blood and stool tests. The bloodwork was intensive. So thankful for Kacie! I started seeing her in January for some strange nerve/muscle pain occurring in my legs, sleep issues, and high anxiety.
