The website looks like it was created in the early days of the internet but it is updated regularly quantities on hand. The ordering process is where you truly prove your dedication to the Bamboo Gods, requiring that you precisely follow the clear instructions provided for the opportunity to purchase (step 1: check the plants you want are in stock and are compatible with your growing region, step 2: fill out the order request form, step 3: do your own math regarding quantities, shipping etc. step 4: submit your request, step 5: get confirmation that your order can be fulfilled, step 6: submit your payment)... yeah, pretty far from 1 click to buy but honestly I can 100% guarantee that you cannot get these amazing plants anywhere else! Gib the owner is amazing. His responses are immediate and helpful, and the care he takes picking great healthy specimens and packing them for their journey is clearly evident. I cannot recommend purchasing from bamboodirect.com or Tradewinds enough! I only hope that one day I am able to make the pilgrimage to the birth place of my beautiful bamboo and thank Gib in person for sharing his green thumb with us all!

I was very pleased to see the selection of necessary things offered here, including a nursery with a great variety of medinical plants as well as herbs and veggies. Chelsea was very quick to assist me, knowledgeable, friendly, and even lifted 80 lbs of soil into my vehicle as I had my baby with me. Overall awesome vibe, it was nice to see people coming in and out and having happy conversations. Definitely coming back.

We went there yesterday to look for recliners or a love seat and 2 mattresses. They have a huge…read moreselection of electric recliners but not much for the regular ones. Then we went to the mattress side of the store. Mind you that they have signs outside stating mattress sale. We ask the guy in charge about what was on sale and he just made a smart butt comment about all of them being on sale. I was not feeling well and didn't appreciate his complete dismissal of our question. It wasn't until I started walking out that he tried to ask what we were interested in. I don't like to play games when big money is involved.
