Avigail was our wedding planner, day-of coordinator, and florist for our perfect July 2025 wedding. We enjoyed every aspect of working with Avigail: her resources to the greater event planning community, recommendations of vendors and potential locations, general experience in wedding planning, and her eye for floral and event design. She and husband Noel worked together on our wedding setup and day-of coordination. Between the two of them and the service team they brought, every aspect of the day was covered and super easeful for me and my husband. Noel was especially helpful for set up and A/V, which was a big relief for us because we did not hire a DJ or MC. The entire team, from set-up and service to breakdown, was incredibly professional and made the day feel seamless. Avigail's florals were jaw-droppingly beautiful and to this day we get compliments from our friends and family. We were looking for a mix of tropical meets romantic for our bouquets and table arrangements. She hit the nail on the head for absolutely every arrangement (see photos). A day-of coordinator is the most important vendor you could look for, and we couldn't recommend Avigail more! As far as florals go, there is NO better option locally than Avigail. I called Avigail entirely out of the blue, expecting to buy a flower arrangement for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary - she delivered an experience! I reached out in the morning and explained to her my situation - calling from Los Angeles but trying to do something special for my folks who were due to be staying in a Brookings hotel for a couple of days to celebrate. Not only did she create the most spectacular floral arrangement with stunning gold (for 50th anniversary) orchids, but she also put into play the flowers and colors that I shared with her were their wedding colors all those years ago. In addition to the flowers, we leveled up with a bottle of prosecco - and of course, she suggested champagne flutes (OF COURSE)! Where do I even begin.... (Hint this will be a long one, so stick with me here ;)) First, I will start by saying this review should have been done months ago, but I just got the rest of our pictures and I can finally show them off!! Avigail Adomitis is an amazing wedding planner, coordinator and event rental specialist all in one!! It all started when my husband, Jax, and I drove up to Gold Beach, OR from San Francisco, CA to view our wedding venue - Crook Point. Avigail was showing us the grounds and from the moment we met her, I knew she was the sweetest and most genuine person. After the tour ended, we said our goodbyes, got in the car and...wouldn't you know it, our car had other plans for us. It was dead and had to be towed. Avigail, being the coolest person ever, helped us call a tow truck and even made us Bloody Mary's while we waited! Since the car had to be towed to Crescent City and we had no other mode of transportation, Avigail and her husband, Noel, let us borrow their van!! I mean how amazing is that!! When it came time for the wedding, she went above and beyond to make our dreams come true. Everything...from providing rentals such as tables, chairs, couches, tableware, and tents to even making sure my guests left the venue safely. She got me in touch with our amazing chef, Lisa Logan, from Divine Catering (check her out) and our awesome bartenders, April and Carrie, who made sure the drinks kept flowing for our rowdy guests! Avigail even went on a booze run for us so we could keep the party going! She really thought of everything to make sure our day was perfect. The days, weeks and months leading up to the wedding, she made sure everything was lined up. When the weather wasn't looking to be in our favor, Avigail invited us over to her house a few days before to come up with a plan so we could still make everything perfect. Thankfully, she had tents for us so we could stay dry in case it rained. When we found out that the tables we wanted weren't going to be delivered in time, Avigail said "No problem" and she, Noel, and her amazing helper, Natasha, spent the weeks leading up hand building farm tables. Noel also set up and tore down the tents and tables like a champ! Shout out to Noel for helping Avigail and her clients however he can!! Honestly, the list of what was done for us is endless. Needless to say, Avigail and her team are an amazing group of people who don't see you as just clients. They take you in as friends and work tirelessly with you to make sure you get the wedding you've always wanted. My husband and I are forever grateful to them for everything they did for us. First, Avigail is the sweetest, most calm Angel on earth!! She saved my best friend's flower bouquet for her wedding. We had ordered flowers ahead from a florist outside of Brookings and it was not at all what the Bride imagined. We were scrambling trying to fix it and that's when we came upon Avigail! She opened her shop up for us and used her creative magic and fixed the bouquet! LITERALLY saved the entire elopement haha. She also gave us soo many good recommendations and the Bride and Groom ended up having their ceremony at one of the spots she highly suggested (Lone Ranch.) As she was playing hero me and my friends had the opportunity to hear her story and we were all inspired by the vision she has for her business. Avigail is hands down one of the best wedding planners, ever. She treats you like family and she truly wants your special event to be the best. She planned our wedding and did an exceptional job. She planned, decorated, did the flowers, and set up the tent for our wedding. She held umbrellas in a horrible storm while we took family photos. She helped us navigate a horrible wedding venue. She always answered our phone calls/questions, she was truly amazing. It's hard to express in words all that she did for us. We adore her and 10/10 highly recommend her for any service she offers.
