As we went over my options I noticed that they also did hair extensions. So I also inquired about that. Over a matter of weeks we focused on getting my hair and scalp healthy while he ordered my hair extensions. By the time it was install day my hair was healthy and ready for hair extensions installs. They were installed and they look great. I go back every other month for a move up and when the extensions have no life left I order more packs from George and he installs them for me. She seemed annoyed to answer any of my questions and acted like I was bothering her when I was trying to clarify how long they would be closing early. This was inconvenient since it was 5:30pm and they are supposed to close at 7pm. I was not able to tan and she was very short, made no eye contact, and had very poor customer service skills. I want to try to speak to the owner to explain how unnecessarily rude she was to me.

I had to walk back into her place to ask her if she could give me an eyelash brush because I had remembered my friends using brushes to brush out their lashes that they got done at a different place. I'm pretty sure this isn't a certified business. Her place is a small, hidden suite in the middle of therapy businesses. The only way I'm going back to that horrible place is to go to the suites next to it and get therapy for what she's done to me. I'm currently crying, $100 is a lot for me, I'm a broke college student and I let her know that. I asked for a refund and she said no. Even though I would let her take them off of me, she still would not refund me. Instead, she texted me about how I wasted her time when she wasted my time!! And my money!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!
